The room and decor was exactly as on pictures, but the overall finish was a bit off. Especially in the bathroom you could see unfinished edges of the paint, old furniture, dim lights etc no big deal but would expect more for the price. Otherwise, everything was fine. We could.leave luggage and explore. The location is superb, couldn't fault it. It was clean and the bed was decent size. The lift was our favourite part of the day, very charming. Would probably stay again, if there was a good promotion.

It’s a little hard to actually find the property especially as we arrived during the night. I think if they had a larger sign outside the building it would be a little more helpful but we did eventually find where we were staying. Other than that we would have no other complaints.

The location is absolutely amazing. For the price of your stay I would say it is absolutely worth it. Just around the corner from Piazzo Navona and 15-20 minutes walk to all tourist attractions. Rooms were cleaned everyday, staff were friendly and it’s perfect for somewhere to rest your head at night.

The room is quite small and it's difficult to move around if you're with somebody else.

Room was too hot and the room overlooked the main road . Unfortunately, the air con could not be turned on in march and we were told to open the balcony doors, which cooled the room down very nicely but it also exposed the noise of the piazza and early morning business traffic. There was mould in the shower and the shower leaked

Very comfortable accommodation. Very central and walking distance to all the major Roman sites. Piazza Navona amazing Room was cleaned every day

The bathroom in my room needed a serious makeover or at least a paint job. The walls and cement floors were a drab dark beige color making it look not clean. Good water pressure and a large shower though.

The location was great just off Piazza Navona and a short walk to the river and castle..The Trevi Foutain and the Pantheon are also close..The room itself was clean and comfortable and the host is very friendly and helpful.

The room interior looked tired and needed some general maintenance. The bathroom basins were too far away from the taps so water went everywhere and was causing the back to rot,

Great value for its price. Staff is very helpful, very good cleaning. Yes, it is old building but it is normal for city centre. Location is 10\10. P.s. The shampoo they have is amazing, I accidentally forgot mine and was very surprised by quality of what they have)))

Some details in the room need a bit of refreshment but it didn't bothers us too much. There is only clothing rack, no wardrobe.

Location was great for exploring Rome and turist sites on foot, close to the loads of restaurants and cafes. Our room was located in part of the building that was built in 11th century which was also cool

Our room was facing the road and it’s very noisy.

To begin with the staff was outstanding. He went above and beyond to help us with everything. His excellent customer service made a huge difference. Location is perfect and everything is within nice walking distance Room shower size snd facilities was all superb Bus service in the area is great too

- small bed for 2 - we had very small room with view to courtyard, you can hear all running ACs and smell of fried oil, but i guess its better than noisy street

- perfect location - 24/7 reception (great for late arrivals) - great deal value for money - good room temperature in winter

The bed was uncomfortable, by the third night, both my husband and I started having back pain because the mattress was very thin. The shower was old and didn’t drain very well, so we both ended up taking shower in our children room. Our kids room had weird smell (cigarettes).

Walking distance to most places/restaurants we had on our agenda.

Could have been cleaner, specially bathroom. We are very specific about hygiene, it was not bad, but could be better.

We really liked the location and our room, design is very Roman and you will feel like true city Italian in this old building. Good value for money. We walked everyehere, everything is max 30 minutey away walking distance.

The air conditioning in the room is outdated. We stayed here in winter but needed a bit of ventilation from AC as the windows open to busy street. I can only imagine this would be a huge problem in summer. The fittings in the bathroom were broken.

Location is central. There's plenty of good eateries and shopping around.The room had plenty of space. It's only 20 mins walk to Vatican, 1 min to Piazza Navona. Rizwan at the reception desk was quite warm and helpful.
