One side of the bed was super comfortable, but the other mattress was like sleeping in a hole;). The reading lamp didn’t have enough light to read.

Not too far from the city center, nice room with youtube and Netflix, small balcony Breakfast was continental so really nice with crepes and pancakes made by the staff I just think the price to use the kitchen is a bit high

The plug in the bathroom basin did not work properly, it was not possible to push it down to close it and to fill the basin with water

This was my third stay at Suite Hotel Elite, but unfortunately, this time didn’t meet the standards I experienced in previous years. Firstly, using plastic cups for tea and coffee is not acceptable for a four-star hotel. There were also no slippers, no coffee provided, no dental kits in the room, and no welcome drink offered upon arrival. On a positive note, the staff were very friendly and the room was cleaned daily.

The only negative thing is that there aren’t any windows in the bathroom nor a vent to clean the air. So we had to open the bathroom door and then open all the windows in the room…

The room was big and clean, the bed was very comfortable and the TV was huge! The staff were also welcoming and always available!

Tiny shower, it was really uncomfortable to use. Nothing in the kitchen, everything has to be bring with you or bought on the reception per 15 euro day, even tea spoon. Dishwashing costs 30 euro per day, never seen paying for that.

I like size of the room and the bad, it was really king size, but I would recommend to add more pillows. Not really far from city center, 30 minutes slow walking. A lot of good coffee points around the hotel, awesome for breakfast.

For us pillows was problem cause for us the pillows were a bit small (thin) as we are used to big ones. it would be good to have one big (thick) and one small (thin). lastly i recommend to make the wi-fi connection more stable in the rooms as it is often lost and not caught even in a large part of the room. however, the hotel was very peaceful, quiet and clean. i recommend

The hotel is in an extremely communicative location, the important things are no more than 30 minutes from the hotel. Very clean and quiet. The reception staff were extremely kind and responsive, as well as helping with everything and answering every question in an understandable and polite way

The breakfast served was very good. The location was close to places of interest and it was easy to get to the city center. The entire hotel staff was very attentive and friendly. I belive, if i return, i will choose this hotel again.

The room smelled of bleach. I appreciate the cleanliness, but perhaps the room could have been ventilated a little. Very expensive tourist tax (€4/pn)

Surprisingly better than expected from the pictures, much more modern and spacious room. Breakfast is amazing, a lot of choices and constantly topped up with fresh portions so the later arrived guests will not miss anything
