It lacked a personal touch and I had to haggle with them to let me keep my motorcycle parked after we checked out.

An excellent room, very big and tastefully furnished in a contemporary style. It was easy to find on the journey in.

Would have been nice if tea/coffee were provided in the room. We had 2 lemon/camomile tea bags only in the room Car park underneath is very difficult to use and only suits very small cars

I wish the hotel would have been located close to Bologna Centrale, or the central railway station. The room number was small and lacked something I cannot even define.... The room was good, but not cozy....

The Suite Hotel Elite is located in the centre of Bologna, not far from the historical centre like Piazza Maggiore with Fountain of Neptune and the Basilica of St Petronio. The hotel is modern inside, and all pieces of furniture in my room number were fine.

Two things: 1. The door is too slim, i could sometimes hear other guests at night. 2. The air conditioning stopped working as soon as i inserted the key on the sensor and wouldn't turn on. During my stay it wasn't hot, but for summer months that might be a huge concern.

The furniture is not of a 4 star hotel. There is no information displayed about the prices for the minibar or whether it is included. Unfortunately, at the check out I was simply asked to pay. Overall, too expesinve for what they offer.

Good location - about 20 min walk from the city center, great breakfast and Mario was amazing with the kids and the pancakes he was making. The staff was very nice and polite.

There was one unpleasant moment. They wanted to charge us for small bottles of water from the room’s fridge. Well I’m experienced enough traveler and I know that water is usually for free, but soft drinks/alcohol/snacks are not and in this case there is a pricelist next to the fridge/bar so the guest is aware. They told us that there is info about this in *attention* a flyer (you know with a city map, restaurants advisory, etc.) Not good! I wasn’t charged but just because I wasn’t quite about this. You want to charge for water? No problem, just inform the guest in a correct way, that’s all!

Price is a bit high for the hotel, it is between 3 star and 4 star , and there's a lot of construction starting at 7 am early.

Room size is big and lots of space to put luggage. Breakfast is good. Receptionist is helpful and kind!

It was 2 km from the center and few stops with the bus to the train station. The night we spent there were guests in the corridor for hours being very loud right next to our room. The bathroom doesn't have ventilation??

We had 2 rooms - 1 double and 1 triple. The double one had a terrace but the triple one - no?? The double one had hidden kitchen which we didn't use. Comfy beds. We checked in earlier. The rooms are good. It is close to the airport with bus 944 for only 4 euro

Although the windows were double glazed noises from outside were still heard and even noises from the rooms upstairs.

Room was way too hot and there was no way to control the temperature except from opening the windows, which was facing a very polluted and noisy road. The cups and glasses available in the room were not clean.

There was roadworks and tarmacing outside my window, noisy and not great view. The fridge didn’t work but they came and fixed it.
