Minor details which didn’t bother us but might be helpful to know: the road can get a bit noisy in the evenings, but if you close the windows and turn on the A/C the problem is solved.

- Chiara was extremely helpful during the check-in, a real lovely person and amazing staff. - They provide you with cold, filtered water and water bottle, even though the tap water is good in Udine. - The breakfast is exceptional. They have sustainable boxes where they put the food you choose the night before. Everything is delicious, local and seasonal food. The breakfast is the highlight of the stay.

Smoking area is between the two properties and need the smell of tobacco is very offensive. This is a general issue with properties in Italy as smoking is not very restricted.

We really thought that the room was in need of renovation, everything seems a little bit old, used. The floor is really noisy. Anyway, it is a pleasant space but could be much better in order to be fair with the price.

The people! So nice, so helpful stuff. They understood and helped us with a situation regarding the booking. The fact that they have parking. The proximity to city center.

Everything was perfect, there was nothing we didn't like. The hotel staff should be recommended for a prize for their hospitality.

The staff was exceptionally friendly, the breakfast was exceptional, the idea of a personally tailored breakfast is amazing. We will definitely choose this hotel for our future stays in Udine.

We couldn't get more than a couple of channels on the TV and breakfast was occasionally hectic. Other than that, nothing.

I'm struggling to remember a time when I was so warmly welcomed at a hotel. The staff are LOVELY. Our room was also very comfortable, the shower was great and the breakfast delicious. If you're coming by train, it's quite a walk from the station but there are frequent and numerous buses that stop nearby. If you're staying a while, you can buy a 10 trip ticket that is shareable. Udine is a fantastic base if you're exploring the region and there are loads of good places to eat a 5 to 10 minute walk away. The staff recommendations we tried were good.

There are very small rooms = well done pictures. Everything looks much larger. Almost no storage, even for economical packed bikers Small bathroom Almost no restautants about hotel. No 🇮🇹restaurants closer. The closest pizzeria needs e-reservation days before! About 2 kms away to walk is perfect syrian restaurants Almost "dead town" in the evening ("because of is July"...?)

The hotel is easy to reach coming from the highway and a short walk from the centre of the city. The facilities are elegant and clean, very comfortable. Free parking and a fantastic breakfast. This hotel was slightly above our budget for this trip, but well worth the price difference. Highly recommended.

What a gem! Had a charming stay at this hotel. We had a room on the second floor with the decor based on a book, We even had a bicycle up in the rafters. This is a hotel which is a good base for bicycle tours as well as a stay like ours. The room was very comfortable and had original walls and rafters. The bathroom was ideal and a perfect size as well as a fantastic shower. The room had air conditioning as well as Sky TV if you wanted it. Breakfast was pre-ordered the day before and your choice was for the whole of the stay. However, if you did require additions it was easy to do. All the products were local and very scrummy yummy. The staff were amazing and on hand to assist with any questions that you had. The hotel was a short walk of about 10 mins to the centre of Udiine. Will definitely stay here again.

The staff were friendly, welcoming and warm-made you feel right at home. Handy maps of the town were available and the staff also gave helpful information. The bed was super comfortable, the shower great: the breakfast exceptional!
