They need to change beds and buy proper AC that makes rook cold and not noisy. Also visual change can be petfect.

It could be a better place with small investments, what i really missed are the coffee spoons. Most inconvenient was that only a few keys were working, we had to push the bell for the reception, but for the last few days new keys arrived. It is loud, street noise pretty big, for a good sleep ear plugs are needed.

My first impression was that it is like a prison, but after a few days i liked it. I spent there 10 nights, met a lot of great people. During the days there is almost nobody, but evenings, nights are pretty crowded, and as it is a small place we are kind a forced to get to knowceach other, it was fun, i enjoyed it. More or less everything works on its own crazy way, sometimes improperly, like hot water, kitchen equipments, etc.

The hostel definitely requires a reconstruction. Something or destroyed, or not functioning. Leaking water. Noice. The place for one time staying.

Internet access was problematic in my room, it was usually better in the common area. The bathroom was clean but the water was either too cold or too hot. They tried to solve it but there should be a permanent solution.

The first reason I chose this hostel was its location and the biggest advantage is that it is close to the historical center in terms of transportation. The volunteers were very friendly and helpful in every way.

midnight sound outside in our room.....6 people in one room....and price could be some less it will be better

i like your balcony for view of outside and sitting for some time but in midnight outside car passing sound disturb my sleeping mood .your bed was comfortable but in one room 6 people staying was too much uncomfortable. but your staff was too much friendly and suit ...i like their behave and warm wellcome

It wasn’t that cosy and it didn’t look very clean, the bed sheets smell like humid

No air con (only a fan box which was broken) so was unbearably hot. Only one working toilet so had to wait, the bathrooms were also quite old and due a renovation - the flush was temperamental and the shower very small. Very limited kitchenette - fine if you are looking to eat out most the time

The floor was very dirty, the toilets were very old and one of them was out of service. The lockers are just metallic cages with locks

The shower cabin was very small and the shower didn’t work properly. The cages-lockers spoiled the overall design of the room.

The location was great because it was very close to Palermo Centrale. The room was spacious with high ceiling and a balcony. The bed was the right size and comfortable.

perfect emergency place if you got no other hostel near train station . people are friendly . but the beds need little work out . owner was a little grumpy when people are Leaving . all work is done from volunteers .

too cold water for having a shower for this time of year (january)

Nice and helpful staff, because of off season (January) quiet and not many other guests so very quiet. Good parking situation for car on the roads. CAREFUL ABOUT THE RESTRICTIONS IN THE OLD PART OF TOWN ABOUT PARKING talk about it with the staff. The location is at the border of the restricted parking area so you have good options of free parking

The shower was a bit grotty ... no toilet seat + I did not use shower as the jet/ pressure was inadequate

-The elevator doesn't work (if you have a heavy bag it will be hard, hopeffully the staff helped me) -The room was keyless (the staf had to enter when a new girl arrive) so it was a bit uncomfortable for a covered girl.

-The staff was really kind. -Well situated : near from the historical center and the bus station. -TIt is generally comfrotable compared to the price.
