It’s a really small/tiny boutique style hotel, not much space in the old town real estate and its understood, but you need to keep that in mind

Breakfast needs improvement. Not a total dark room at night due to some service lights. Music in the corridors in the mornings could be easily avoided, especially before 9am and when flagged on a Sunday morning, the reception immediately helped. A bit too expensive overall for the services provided, however, I believe that's the average price for the location and category and I'd return.

Nice ambience, modern room, large and comfortable bathroom. Staff friendly, kind and professional at all times. Excellent location and overall good, recently renovated hotel which I'd recommend.

Very easy to access cultural places. Hotel staff is so helpful for everything, always smiling. Great hospitality. Rooms are so clean and everything is technological and convenient. Restaurant is so boutique on the roof, if you are tired to go anywhere, would be nice option to have dinner. The TB Place is located right in the heart of one of the best areas of Rome. It seems no expense was spared in renovations of the building and everything is modern, clean and updated. The staff was cordial, kind, helpful the moment we crossed the threshold. The breakfast buffet did not disappoint either.

It was a bit tricky for us to find again once we went out to explore. A little "fin" signage that sticks off the building could be helpful but it's so close to the Spanish Steps we just used that as our landmark. I loved that it was on a quiet little street actually.

The breakfast that was included was great. The staff at this hotel is top notch, so helpful, professional and polite. The private spa was beautiful and the roof top bar is amazing and romantic. I can't say enough good things about this beautiful boutique hotel. It was designed beautifully, it's small and very special with every need thought of in advance. The staff was incredible and so accommodating. We will definitely be staying here again when we return to Rome.
