Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

the location was ideal as it is next to the train station and really close to the city centre. it was also clean and great value of money.

we had to wait until 17.30 to check in, although in the description it’s said 16.00. we booked a room for 3 people, but there weren’t 3 big towels, on the side bed there weren’t pillow and a blanket, so it was somehow uncomfortable for us.
The location is great. The room was nice and cosy.

The shower was extremely small. I couldn't fit into it with the doors closed. I had to stay half way out of the shower and always got my hair wet because there was no flexible shower head. The bed was a bit creaking pretty badly
The location was right next to the train station. Like literally 1 min away. And we used the train every day! The price was really good and the room looked quite fancy

Good value location. Apartment located just in front of Bari Centrale Station. Great pied-a-terre in Bari, comfortable room, small balcony with views over Bari, clean, all amenities needed present. I wouldn't recommend for a longer stay but if you are in Bari for a couple of days then this is a good location and good value for money.

- loud tram braking - loud car horns - you cannot use the elevator on the way down

A bit of noise can be overheard from the neighboring bathroom.
Great location just next to the main train station and very close to the historical part of the city. It was clean and nicely furbished. Despite the location, we didn’t hear any noises from the trains or street at night.

No coffee added in the kitchen after it finished, no table and chairs on the balcony and this was a bit messy, the towels were not changed in 4 days.

It was incredibly difficult to find this place. Without the help of some local Italians who telephoned the contact number we may never have found this place. We spoke to other guests who had similar or worse experiences. There needs to be more precise descriptions of the place. The rooms are on the 7th floor of a residential building. This needs to be clearer. Details of how to gain access must be sent in plenty of time so guests are aware of how to gain entry. We were lucky to have advance notice whereas other guests did not. This is a very nice property but communication needs serious improvement.
great location. very clean ideal place for a stopover as near to transport hubs. Adequate kitchen facilities and spacious surroundings.

When you give up your key. You give up access to the elevator that needs a key. 7 flights in the dark was not my idea of fun.

hard to find initially, when we put the name in google maps it kept taking us to a location further south. they were responsive when we asked management but didn’t help so much with getting us to the correct place

For light sleepers it is noisy, not from the outside but from the inside, was waken up by crying baby at very early hours and could hear those staying in the next room. Rooms have common balcony so one morning I woke up to someone smoking just outside my room's balcony doors and they could see me inside. Entrance door closes only with a big bang.
Very good location near the station, clean place and great bathroom and shower.

Up to here with positive things! The Negative part: 1. I can easily say this was the noisiest place I have ever stayed. And the noise is not from train station - you can’t even hear anything from outside! The noise comes from inside at any time during the day and night - especially 10 - 12 pm and 6-10 am! I can't share about other hours because we just didn't stay in the room during the day ! 2. The slamming of the front door keeps you on your toes all the time !!! 3. The neighbors from the other floors are not the most calm and considerate people - screaming and laughing like crazy at 12 in the evening is normal for them! 4. The shower cabin was the narrowest in the world which totally ruined my stay!! The same applies for the toilet! I want to emphasize that my weight is 56 kg and it was difficult to me to take a shower! There is no point in mentioning my boyfriend … For the first time in my life I didn't want to go back to my room after a long walk ! Summary: Total disaster! I do not recommend it!
I will begin with the positive things unfortunately they are not much! 1. Location is top especially if you will use public transport! 2. The room was clear!
