My son and I stayed here for a week. The location was excellent, minutes from the main train station so excellent access to all the tourist hotspots. It is a walk of about eight minutes to St Mary Major’s Basilica, the burial place of Pope Francis, and it is about a 15 minute walk to the Colosseum and the forum. Also, our host Salvatore was so friendly, kind and very helpful in giving great advice. We really enjoyed chatting with him. Great place to stay!

Just the soundproofing of the room, can easily hear the noise from the road and passersby. Free breakfast is so-so, i think can still improve on that. Area seems shady at night.

I appreciate the communication and the service of Maria and Antonio before and during our stay. Just a more or less 10-15 minute walk from Roma termini.

Termini in bed was a very comfortable and clean!The owner, Salvatore, was so lovely and accomodating, always helped us where he could! The property is close to Rome termini train station which was perfect for us because we were taking day trips to other cities. It’s about a 20 minute walk from the colosseum, Trevi fountain etc but Rome is a beautiful city to walk around and explore by foot.

There wasn’t a balcony as such which I think was mentioned on the website, but we didn’t mind as we were out most the day and didn’t need it.

Location was less than a 10 minute walk from Roma Termini, and less than a 5 minute walk away from lots of restaurants. The property was secure, and the hosts were very friendly.

For me the flat/room wasn't nice enough. It is dark, the kitchen can be used only limited amount of time and purpose. The breakfast is rather poor: some bread, cereals, cookies, tea/coffee. There's mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, no rugs on the floor in the bathroom, quite cold when leaving the shower. Shower can be used only in one mode (water coming from the ceiling). You can't just wash some part of the body, you have to wash all. I was expecting something more bright (in terms of lights) and cozy.

The place is super clean, location is perfect, Salvatore (the host) is available all the time and open to help with anything, it was warm inside (air conditioning).

Maria and Salvatore are lovely hosts. Salvatore made sure we had everything we needed to keep us happy! The location is walking distance from Termini train station. It was super clean and we had a kitchenette always available to make teas/coffees anytime and also a fridge to use.

The location was a little distant from the main monuments and sites, but it was very close to the station since we had an early departure time and it made that part very easy and convenient

Mattresses felt unstable when beds were separated!

Nothing to do with the property it was fine. The streets around the property required you to keep your wits about you as there were some dodgy characters around.
