United StatesThe only thing I didn't like about my room was the work desk they provided was placed in a dark corner with no lighting.
Location across from the train station was ideal. Literally walk across the street. Despite being so close to the train station, I was able to sleep well (i.e., noise was not an issue for my room). For 20 Euro extra I could have checked in early had I waited another hour, but I had timed tickets elsewhere that I needed to leave immediately for. They graciously held my bags until I returned later in the day.

MalaysiaI didn’t like the size of the shower stall… it’s puny. If you are taller than 156cm and weigh more than 65kg, you will find it very challenging to shower in the stall
I love the following about the property:- 1. Location - near the Metro and train station, restaurants, convenience stores, bakeries, etc 2. The toiletries provided don’t leave your skin dry. 3. Shower is really nice - water pressure and water temperature is perfect 4. Cupboard has enough hangers for 2 people. 5. Bed is comfortable and 2 pillows per person is provided.

The hotel is in a great location, right across from the main train station. Despite being so central, the room was quiet and comfortable. The staff were helpful, and overall, it was a great stay - would definitely stay here again.

The location is great. It is a walking distance to the train stations and there are lots of restaurants nearby. It is also a walking distance to one if the stops of the hop on hop off (Stazione Garibaldi). We had an amazing Valentine’s dinner at the hotel. The food, presentation and the ambiance were excellent. The room is clean. and the the size is ok.

NetherlandsThe overall service at the hotel was average, and it didn’t feel very welcoming. Additionally, one of the receptionists was impatient with my questions and attitude.
It’s only 3min to the train station and also the metro station. If you’re planning to travel by train/metro, staying there is very convenient. But one more thing you need to be paying attention. There’re lots of homeless in that area. We were told more than once to stay in the hotel after 9 PM and to be mindful of our backpacks.

AustraliaOnly downside to our stay was the heating was WAY too hot and the aircon didn’t work. We resorted to opening our balcony door to combat this, however this opened onto busy traffic who were heavy handed on their horns :/ other than this though everything was great!
Right near the central station which was great for us with luggage! Garibaldi station is right at the doorstep of the hotel which was perfect for our day trip to Pompeii and getting into the city centre. Facilities and staff were great, with staff taking our luggage up to our room and storing it for us at checkout free of charge. Definitely more high end which was evident in all aspects, would highly recommend!
