The accomodation was in a quite street, very close to the train station. Staff was super kind and flexible. Our room was clean as well. We were very satisfied.

Although close to center we're not sure if location was that great. Kitchen did not have a hob to actually cook something.

Very good self check-in, lovely room, clean, well looked after, spacious, with a little balcony. The shared kitchen with fridge and microwave was also very useful and the breakfast was good too, including vegan milk which was a nice touch. The lady there was super friendly and hospitable and made us feel comfortable. We'd definitely come back.

The door between the room and shared kitchen does not isolate sounds so if you want to sleep longer you'll get woken up by people having breakfast. Some more racks to hang towels in the bathroom would be nice.

Nice clean room close to the seaside with restaurants and still walking distance to the historical center. Very easy to find street parking directly in front (at least at the beginning of June). Decent breakfast.

Host was really nice and helpful however doesnt speak english at all, we managed to understand each other with a translator but made things harder. No garbage can in the room.

It was easy to find free parking spot nearby, the host was really nice, waited for us to check in late night. The beach is about 5-10 minutes walk down the road. The accomodation is extremly clean and quiet. The brekfast was fine.

Good breakfast and very nice host, despite not understanding English, was always very helpful, providing tips for the trip and even lending us a sun shade and some mandatory bamboo towels for La Pelosa! There was plenty of car parking on the street. Also, great value for the money!

Perhaps it would be good to get access to a water boiler (it is there only during breakfast) or coffee machine in case you want to drink tea/coffee. We had access to these in all other places we stayed in Sardinia. Also, the breakfast was good, but sometimes we had the impression that the food and drinks were not of particularly good quality (a lot of sugar, additives in yogourt, juice,...) and we had the impression that on one breakfast, the croissant were dry (as if from the day before).

We like the quality of the equipment and furnitures. The room was spacious and very clean. There is a supermaket located near by and the train station is literally within 3 minutes from the place. It is located a little bit out of town center but still easily accessible

We only had one night here and we wish we had longer. Luxurious feeling B&B, hosts easy to communicate and really responsive. About 10 minute walk from the beach and 30 minutes into the old town. Breakfast delicious

the staff doesn't speak any kind of English, if you don't know any italian it might be difficult to understand each other - the breakfast is poor in choices, almost everything is plastic packed except yogurt, juice, coffee and some croissants - the only savoury option is to make yourself a sandwich with salami and cheese - everything else is sweet - the breakfast is served at 8h, and the staff comes earlier and lays out the "breakfast" - if there are other guests who come at 8h to eat, you will hear conversations between them and the host - this happened to us two times - it's a 15min walk to the city centre - the Linea Alfa bus - which has to be taken from the airpot, was a bit hard to figure out cause there's no info desk to offer directions, we had to follow the crowd - the app's name will be provided by the driver when boarding the bus - the cost for one trip is 1€

the staff was really friendly and she offered us some tips where to eat in the city center - it's a building where other people live and at the second floor the entrance leads to the kitchen which leads to each of the three rooms - the room is really modern and has a cute balcony -the mattress is very good quality

-the host is very helpful and friendly provide many information and borrow the thing that required to go to La Pelosa beach -the room and the public area of the accomodation are very clean -the host clean the room everyday to maintain tidy and clean -the breakfast is thoughtful and generous -the location is close to many places, such as beach , cocktail bars, restaurant , supermarket -let us store the luggage after check out - very easy to find a parking on that street

Beatiful newly equipped room and bathroom, solid breakfast, free parking spot on street. Host was kind and helpful but we didnt understand italian :)
