We are walkers so we didn’t mind that some of the sites in Palermo are a bit of a walk, but nothing unmanageable for us senior citizens! Communication prior to the stay was a bit spotty, but nothing of great concern.

Eleanora and the staff have really given attention to the details that set a property apart, including a most cordial greeting and welcome, a spacious apartment, a very nice breakfast each morning (with gluten free options, lots of choices if teas as well as an American drip coffee pot in addition to an espresso machine), and an accommodating attitude. They have anticipated guests’ needs and desires, and taken steps to meet those without the need to ask.

All was good. The only thing that would have been nice is seeing Eleonora more at the B&B.

The breakfast buffet table (self-service) looked amazing with a cake, traditional cookies, nuts, and dried fruits. Eleonora was very accommodating to my vegan diet, providing a cupcake, a croissant, vegan Nutella, soy yogurt, oat and soy milk, and cookies every morning. The room was spacious with a large bed and a big bathroom. We enjoyed the balcony where we had our morning coffee after breakfast. Communication with Eleonora via WhatsApp was smooth. The location is good, 15-minute walking distance to the center and close to buses 101 and 102 (towards the train station).

Great place to stay in Palermo. Eleonora was really helpful when we checked in & sent across plenty of information for exploring the city. The rooms are a great size & would definitely recommend staying here.

The best accommodation we had in Sicily. Friendly host, extremely cozy room with everything we needed. It was well positioned, not too far from the centre of the city. We would choose it again if we would have the chance. Highly recommend it.

There is nothing negative to mention.

Tetide Home was exceptional, because you feel like you are at home, and not like you are at a hotel. Moreover, it's not for nothing that it's called Tetide Home and not Tetide Hotel. The other positive points are that it is also very well located and very comfortable, and the breakfast is fabulous. And to top it off, the entire team is infinitely kind and caring, proving if need be that Sicilians have a the biggest heart in Italy.

Breakfast could have been more balanced between sweet and savory, as there were mostly sweet breakfast options. But still a good breakfast.

Eleonora is a great host. Very helpful, responsive, many great recommendations. Room was clean upon arrival, and cleaned regularly. Coffee and tea always available. Location was great in a calm and quiet part of the city, but still close to the centre. Also, sun umbrella's are provided if you need one!

All wonderful for me

Your host is just wonderful and considerate and patient. The rooms are very clean. The area is residential and quiet. If you want to be near bars and late night Palermo this might not be the place. But it's only 10 minutes to the start of shopping area and not much more to the old town so really quite central and it's nice to come back to. Also its actually easier if you plan a day to the beach, with bus routes close by. It feels like a home from home and I highly recommend this lovely place. A super breakfast is worth paying the extra for.

What a perfect place to start our holidays! A very nice and hospitable host, breakfast with many options every day and a very comfortable bed in a big room with a nice bathroom :) If you're prepared to walk a little, this is the perfect place to be! I'd come back again!

Nothing. Everything was perfect.

The location is a 15 minutes walk to the old city, in a quiet area and safe. There’s an elevator. Lots of restaurants and shops in the area. The room was amazing!!! Very big, special furniture, very clean and we felt like in home. The breakfast was incredible with great variety. The host even prepared a delicious homemade focaccia. And the most wonderful thing in this b&b is Eleonora- she was very kind, welcomed us so nicely and hosted us in the most amazing way.
