We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe shower did not seem to get very hot so if someone wants hotter temperature then maybe there is a way to fix this. Otherwise this was minor thing and everything else was great.
A really fantastic gem in the heart of Puglia! Leo is a top guy and has designed a fantastic guesthouse with lovely rooms and great outdoor space with a very nice pool. He is extremely welcoming and happy to chat or help at anytime and he was nice to leave a small croissant and coffee each morning for us. Really hope the business becomes successful as he deserves great credit for what he has done at Art of Leo. The location is perfect for exploring as it is not a far drive from all the tourist attractions and other towns in the region.

Best (family owned) B&B we ever visited . The upclose touch from the owners is of a very rare seen high standard ! The whole B&B is completely renovated according to the highest standards. No cheap materials were used in this well hidden gem in the utmost south of Italy . (which does not mean the is difficult to find , all gps apps known drop you right in front of the gate. The street in which it's situated is very calm but rather narrow (but one-way traffic ). So even with a large SUV doable without having to fear of hitting into something . The rooms are spacious (unless you book the budget room, but hey there is a reason why the price is set this low). And even this budget room is spacious enough and offers the same amenities as the other 3 rooms). By which I mean , large shower with rain shower , 1 sink with mirror .. The Deluxe room which we stayed in offered also a large wardrobe and a little writing desk with a chair . (very comfortable in case you have lenses for example ) The deluxe room offered also a working fireplace (which we didn't lit since the temperature was around 35° C.. (at night the airco was able to cool the room to about 23°C., probably cooler if you leave the airco on all day , which we didn't do).. Without airco the temperature in our room rose to about 28.5°C to 29°C..but as I said.. We had the 'luck ' of visiting during a heat wave . Breakfast is always included and can be altered according to your wishes . (if you really desire something special , you can tell the day before and if possible , you get served what you requested !) This is one of the services offered that make this B&B rise way above it's competitors. To continue the breakfast part , you can choose to take breakfast inside in the common area , or under pergola in the garden , next to the pool..
