Excellent location, just a few minutes walk from the stunning Duomo Di Como and the lake. Excellent communication from Isabelle, who was very helpful and friendly. Really appreciated the extra little touches such as water bottles by the bed, cotton make up remover pads in the bathroom, gratis snacks & nespresso coffee in the entrance lounge area.

We; a family of two adults and one child, enjoyed a fabulous stay at The Convo. The room exceeded our expectations, the location is perfect being just a stones throw from the lake, main dining areas and ferry port, and the communication was outstanding. Incredible value for money. The real star of the show is the fabulous host, Isabella (supported by Jack Sparrow!), who made everything just perfect for us from start to finish. From a warm and personal welcome, bags of local knowledge and tips, going above and beyond, and always being on hand with a smile, Isabella made our stay one to remember. Thank you!

We stayed only one night, but the hotel felt very warm and cozy. The woman at the reception was incredibly kind and welcoming — she explained everything clearly and made us feel truly cared for. We really liked her! For the price, this hotel was an excellent choice.

It is a very nice hotel close to the lake and only a few minutes walk to the city centre. The room was very nice, clean and had everything for 2 nights. Isabella was a very kind and helpful host!

Isabella was super friendly and accommodating and gave us plenty of useful tips. The location is super, right in the centre, close to restaurants, bars, and ferry terminal. The room was very clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. Breakfast was simple, but tasty and service was superb. If we ever come back to Como, we will definitely stay at the Convo again.

The ground floor room can be a little noisy but they can provide ear plugs. Could have also done with another pillow but that's probably just preference.

The lady at reception was lovely and really helpful. She responded to messages promptly and gave recommendations and suggestions. She also has a dog which lies in reception and he's very cute and friendly! The room was cosy, clean and comfortable and the facilities were good. Location was great, close to the lake and only 10-15 minute walk to the centre.

Isabella was a fantastic host (so was Jack Sparrow 🐶). As soon as we arrived at Convo, we immediately felt at home. Service was superb, the room was cozy and comfy, and the lounge area was ideal to unwind. Absolutely brilliant.

The only issue we faced was coldness in the room in the beginning, especially when we moved in. Because of no central heating and quite an old building, it took quite some time for the AC to heat up the room, but the host helped us with figuring it out. Everything else was really great!

Really good location, just simply PERFECT host, who helped us with the bags, showed the room, helped with choosing the places to eat, solved all the issues we had immediately. Really great communication and really amazing host made our stay really pleasant. The room was clean and quiet, right next to the lake and all the possible attractions, so we really loved staying at this hotel and I would recommend it to everyone visiting Como.

We loved how cozy and cute the place was set up, and we even were surprised with the little chocolates in our room. While it was a small room, it was perfect for our short stay as it was close to city center as well and the staff member was the sweetest! The only downside was that our room we ice cold before we could figure out how to use the heat.
