Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomRepair is a little patchy at some places, but not a big deal given the location and interior itself. However, the corridor leopard carpet is a bit much. The corridor is tiny and it can be difficult to move through when the maid works.
Wonderful location, beautiful design, very cosy space

New ZealandWe loved the spaciousness and the interior design of the junior suite that I booked but the bathroom was a bit dated. A problem is that the room we had did not lock well at all.
The location is in an amazing neighbourhood. Its so lovely to be in the heart of the fashion city.

GreeceIt is an armature approach to a hotel it is not so professional. The fact that they told me there was no still water on the first day because they ran out of is ridiculous. Also it is like rooms in a building not sure you feel so safe. No-one to call for anything after a certain hour. You also have stairs - very few - but if the doorman is not there who only starts at 11 you carry your own luggage.
he location is excellent and the rooms are nice - not all depends on which one you are i had to ask to change. But you cannot consider it as a hotel you jave to treat it like rooms.. The entrance is difficult there is noone after a certain time, They do not have the facilities or service of a hotel. Not even the basics they did not have for example still water on the first day.

South KoreaThe location was perfect, and the room was beautiful. What truly stood out was the exceptional kindness of SABA, one of the staff members, whose thoughtful assistance greatly enhanced my trip. To be honest, I was quite nervous after reading some negative reviews while in the taxi on the way to the hotel. However, her warm and professional demeanor completely put my worries to rest. The room I stayed in was beautiful. However, the soundproofing could use some improvement. The hotel’s operating system was a bit unconventional and initially confusing, but the friendly and helpful staff made it an enjoyable and unique experience. I wouldrecommend staying here. That said, I don’t think this hotel is the best choice for a family trip with children.

United KingdomThey do not have enough keys to provide every customer with one, this is annoying as if you are not one of the chosen few you have to ring the buzzer to be let in every time and there are no food facilities, but that’s not really a problem as it is in a very nice area with lots of food options
The decor was very nice and the bed was very comfortable and the staff are very accommodating. The style of the rooms is also very nice and chic

NetherlandsSince it is basically a set of apartments with a small lobby, they don't serve breakfast. They have a corner with coffee/tea, bottled water, juice and some snacks which you can freely take (that is good), but no breakfast service... Because Milan is not a city with many mini-markets or small cafe/resto where you can breakfast, it was either quite a walk to breakfast or expensive (nearby). Next to that the bathroom has too few shelves, adding a few would make it much more comfy. And it lacks a power plug for Europlugs, it just had the narrow Italian style, so had to get a converter at the reception. Also the bedroom had a very fancy vintage closet, but small... just for 1 persons clothes fit in. Also it could add a shelve or two, now a lot of stuff was kept in the suitcase, put on the chair and desk.
The room was fine, had a nice atmosphere and the location is good. The amenities are fine, except no bathrobe (neither after asking at the reception).

Saudi ArabiaEntry to the hotel was not clear at first because it is inside a building When entering the hotel, you must use three keys for the gate, the elevator, and the room, and each person cannot have more than one copy of the keys. There is no breakfast with the room, but at the reception there is a coffee machine and some snacks and fruits
The location is very excellent and the staff are very friendly and ready to help and respond to any inquiry or request. An excellent large taxi to the airport was ordered through them.

United StatesI'd have appreciated it if I had been told about how to reach the reception when I first arrived. It is not clearly indicated and there is a doorman that specifically says that he does not work for the hotel.
It is a small hotel where you get to know all the staff and it has a familiar feel.

IsraelIt's a hotel in an apartment, so multiple doors need to be opened and the elevator doesn't work. Quite a hassle to get out and into the hotel. The staff is nice however not very available
Nice rooms, decorated very nicely and very clean. The location is very central close to shops and restaurants, 15 min drive from the Milan central train station.
