The entire hotel staff, including the front desk, concierge, and doorman, were truly exceptional, making it the most wonderful experience. As the hotel’s name suggests, the dolce they served was absolutely delicious. We were upgraded to a suite for our honeymoon, and the room was even more incredible than the photos—creating a memory of a lifetime. I definitely want to stay here again the next time I visit Rome! Perfect hotel in a very central location. The staff were so kind and helpful, specially Hany from the reception office! He was so kind and polite, showed us the main attractions in the city on the map and upgraded our room for a bigger one for free. The restaurant serves a very special, healthy and delicious breakfast. I will stay here again in my next visit to rome!

A bit more stress on cleaning section as our room seemed that it was not vacuumed well (tiny pieces of biscuits on the floor attracted some ants, but it was resolved immediately)

Breakfast was another level, they indulge you to the maximum, you just have a seat and they serve you with everything, all taste and smell fresh, you can order ginseng, coffee, tea, fresh orange juice (really fresh) it was amazing, special thanks to Sophia and Veta in breakfast area The location is perfect especially if you want to be in the middle of everything in Rome, it's the best location for sightseeing, restaurants, and shopping. However, if you like super quiet area then it's not your choice, although you cant hear the noise outside (double glass) but still there will be something. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful all the time

There is a special smell that i liked at the hotel which is probably the smell of the bakery\ kitchen, yet, my family found it a bit strange. Some aroma machine might help. I told the hotel that i was on a honeymoon expecting a bit of a special reception or anything of that sort to find my room as it is without even a letter. It wasn’t fun especially that the hotel was the first one on our honeymoon trip.

Staff tried everything they can to help and I’m talking primarily about the two ladies at front desk. In addition, the guys by the door were super kind and respectful.

Amazing staff with a warm welcome, exceptional location and they gave us a free upgrade to a suite. Dana and Alina were very helpful with suggesting very nice places to eat. Don’t miss out on breakfast!
