Room was kinda tiny but it was okay. The building is on the Via Del Corso, so it’s a little bit noisy in nights.

Beautifully decorated and ideally located, it is within walking distance of popular attractions such as Fountain Trevi, Plaza de Espana, and is also surrounded by good restaurants and sandwiches. I highly recommend the elevator in this building! The double doors and wooden structure are so cool! Super historical and fun. Five stars.

Everything was just perfect- if it had breakfast it would be unbeatable but it is not sth you wait for as you know it from the first time you book it. David mentioned some really great bakeries around so we didn’t face any problem.

It’s just a real gem in the heart of Rome between two very monumental places (Piazza del Popolo and Piazza di Spagna). It is also placed at the most central - commercial road of Rome (via del Corso) and at the same time is very quiet as the balconies face a small and calm road. The apartment was brand new, very clean and stylish and I definitely recommend it. Natan who drove us from the airport to the hotel was very kind and shared a lot of tips for places to go and asked us if we needed anything giving us his phone number to contact him if we needed anything and definitely recommend his ride from the airport. David was also super helpful and fully responsive whenever we needed him or wanted sth to ask, very kind and friendly- made us feel so comfortable and also shared great tips for bakeries, restaurants and cafes around the city and this is quite a plus to all our experience.

Outside was a little noisy but this may have been due to staying at new year busy period. Shower is quite narrow.

A lovely property is a super location on a very busy shopping street. Great walking distance to all attractions. Modern and nicely styled room and bathroom. Property was very clean and hosts were great at keeping in contact quickly and sorting things for us.

The shower is a little tight but manageable

The property is very new, clean and comfortable to stay in! The location was within a 15 min walk to the Spanish steps so was perfect for us and our needs. The host was incredibly kind and helped us with any of our queries throughout our stay.

As it is very central location and right on the shopping street, you might want to take into consideration, that the noise outside can be heard even with closed windows, but we were not bothered at all. It all comes with an experience.

It is in the middle or everything, in the very heart of Rome. Amenities are fresh, clean and cozy. We loved the hospitality.

It was one day you received all the details regarding how to make self check in it was my first experience to try it but it was smooth and great the decoration looks amazing you can’t skip it with out paying attention to details in the room all the pictures are in reall , it think it 6 rooms only so i was treated as im the only guest from the reception or the owner im not sure Vary highly response and helpful the location fabulous as I plan go out every where by walk only one important ‼️if you come by taxi 🚕 and you do have a heavy luggage 🧳 be clear the he will drop you in-front of the room the is no sign it’s between 2 shows shop ,

The property is located on a pedestrian street which can be less accessible by cars and taxis at certain times.

The room was centrally located to all points of interest in Rome. Furthermore, the staff was courteous and very responsive. The small balcony was a nice touch.

Where it was so central it was quite noisy especially on Saturday night. The pharmacy alarm opposite also went off all night one evening, which lead to no sleep and being very tired the next day:( The room could also do with a long mirror !

It was quite difficult for us to find the accommodation. I think it definitely can do with some signs but in saying that the hotel checked in on us to make sure that we found the place.

The location was the best thing about this accommodation being right in the middle of the shopping strip of Rome and walking distance to all the wonderful sights seeing places in Rome. We also got a room with a little balcony where we sat and enjoyed a gelato while staring at the Piazza and the people shopping below. The rooms were very modern and comfortable and we also loved the products offered. The hotel staff were very friendly and constantly checked in on us too which was nice.

The Flow was in an amazing location, we walked everywhere… including to the Spanish steps, Trevi Fountain, Colosseum, Vatican & Trastevere. The staff were soo helpful, extremely responsive and couldn’t do enough. The whole property was immaculate, everything felt new and it was so clean.
