Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.

We expected that there might be an offer of a wine tasting or a little complimentary glass on arrival but there were just bottles for sale in the room. There is no information about the vineyard unless you bump in to the owner for a chat. Unfortunately, there is nowhere nearby to eat for dinner without having to drive.
The breakfast was lovely and the lady providing it so accommodating. The room was spacious and comfortable. The area is idyllic and you could happily wile away the afternoon having a bottle of wine. Amazing view from the bathroom!

It was operated more like a hotel than an agriturismo, as sudha and puru is not usually on site. They hire two staffs from 8.30 to 5.30 to manage the place and open the reception. It is kind of disappointing when we expected a more intimate experience with the host when we book this agriturismo. We booked 3 nights, which I think is too much. 2 nights is more than enough for this place as there is nothing much to do on site. The breakfast was quite basic, and the pies were bought from the supermarket. We feel that there was not much effort being put in to make it a pleasant stay. The first day, we were served cappuccino in lukewarm temperature (not hot). In the end we decided to make our own eggs for breakfast. For the price, it is not worth in our view. Note all these before you book this place
The facilities were good and the room is quite big, staffs were friendly as well. They allowed me to use the kitchen to prepare some stuff for breakfast.

The road to reach this property is a dirt track with huge holes that will damage your car. If you have a rental car avoid this property. The host needs to make this more clear to people before they book.
The blond lady who serves breakfast was lovely. The pool has a view of the city so it is relaxing to sit there.

The bed was quite uncomfortable, and the room was lacking good blinds (blockout). The pool didn't feel very private due to public wine tastings happening close by and in view.
Very peaceful and plenty of space. The staff were very friendly and responded quickly. Stunning views!

We booked and paid for the property for 2 nights. Upon arrival, the heating of the room was not working and the temperature was below 5 degrees. The room was freezing! The AC was faulty, the electrical heater provided could not be used due to a burning smell, the central heating was very weak and would stop working if someone (even from another room) was having a shower, as all 3 rooms share 1 boiler. They told us that a handyman will come to fix the problem while we were out for dinner and once fixed they would call us. By the time they called it was too late (past 10 pm) and had to check into another hotel as we were very tired after a very long drive! The next day we went to collect our belongings and left. Unfortunately, we have been asking the hotel for at least half of the refund and they have been ignoring us since the end of November 2022! I highly doubt they didn't know about the heating problem before our arrival but I will give them the benefit of the doubt, the fact that they will not even reply to 1 of my emails regarding the refund is unacceptable behavior and customer service. We booked the stay through booking.com, we also opened a dispute through them but they are ignoring every correspondence!

The bed was a little firm for us.
Absolutely spectacular view, lovely pool, delicious wine. The owners are very friendly and attentive to their guests.
