Location is very good. 2 grocery shops right across the hostel. Kitchen is fully equipped. Staff is quiet friendly and helpful. Overall pretty fun experiance.

I liked everything, and I didn’t notice anything that I wouldn’t like.

I had a fantastic weekend! The staff was exceptionally welcoming, and the atmosphere felt warm and inviting. Everything was spotless, and I really appreciated the fresh, clean environment. The space was well-organized, cozy, and comfortable. Great people and a positive vibe. Definitely one of the best hostels I’ve stayed at in Europe. Thank you for your great work!

Wifi was a bit slow, couldnt stream without it pausing. Opportunity for more food would be nice but coffees were great!

It was all great.

I loved everything. It was probably one of my best stays in a hostel. Furry four pawed Mercuzzio was the cherry on top. 15 minute walk from center, 20 minutes ride from Flixbus station ( bus stop is directly there). I loved that the bedsheets were already made, so if you come at night you don't have to twist yourself in the dark to make your bed. Very clean, very safe, very nice staff, good visitors, loved that rooms had proper cottage core windows that you could open, the shower was amazing ( clean, spacious and the water pours properly). I would come back again 100/100

I had a wonderful stay! The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. The room was clean, and my room had two bathrooms, a balcony, and a hairdryer, which was a great convenience. The kitchen was also well-equipped with everything I needed. Overall, a great place to stay—highly recommend!

large room, very calm room, view from balcony to garden and to church, nice personal, a special meeting with red cat, perfect kitchen, sunshine room from morning, good linen, comfortable bed, many place to put/open luggage, good markets are closed. Perfect Trattorie on the parallel street, great relax zone, great garden with tables. NORMAL visitors of hostel, who do not make noise, almost direct buses to station.

Super cozy, it felt like home. There's even a cute cat, Mercuzzio, that likes to cuddle :) The location is awesome if you're looking to stay in a quiet neighborhood next to downtown. I'll definitely stay here again.

One of the most charming hostels I have stayed in. Friendly helpful staff and communal welcoming atmosphere. I particularly liked the fact I was able to check in early on arrival (as my room was ready) and catch up on sleep after an early morning flight. Highly recommended

The staff is very friendly, specially Ana. She was very helpful with great customer service. The place is closed to the touristic area. You do t need keys or card so you dont have to worry losing them.

The staff are so much good, I lost my locker’s keys and they are so much cool and helpful, thank you so much for the hospitality, the cleanness was ok, the people there is so respectful, I left my bags open and I found the same place and all there. Sure I’m comeback because I loved it Verona Too. Oh! And the place where is the Hostel is near from everything and its safe.

It was perfect. 10-15 minute walk to all the main sights. Staff are super helpful and friendly. Clean facilities. You have your own locker, towel. There’s free tea/coffee. Supermarket across the street.

I would like more food options during breakfast, that's the only thing I didn't like.

Definitely a 5 star review, location and staff were prime. But I would make it 4.5 out of 5 stars due to limited food options during breakfast, so I hope that can be improved in the future. People who run the hostel however are excellent and beds are great.

When I firstly arrived my room was not ready and I couldnt go to my room im the morning and there is no locked room for luggages for this purpose. We need to leave it in an open area which I have felt it is unsafe.

The staff was really helpful and also they really like traveling and so that they are nice to the people who travel as well. Although I didnt need to use kitchen there are bunch of stuff in the common kitchen that you can use. Although there is one problem with the hostel (I think),I would still choose this hostel for my next Verona trips.

Super helpful staff! They helped me with idea for what to see in the city. They let you leave your bags before check-in and after checkout so you can go explore immediately. The rooms are very secure with passcode doors and have good AC. The bunkbuds were surprisingly comfortable, and there is a shared kitchen that everyone can use. It's a simple facility, but for the price worth every penny. I would stay again.
