To start, the rooms were pretty hot and there is no way you can control the temperature. Despite the cold outside, inside it was as hot as an oven and no way to open a window to ventilate the room. The gym and the pool are great, but you are not allowed to use them before 7 a.m. Which is a shame. To finish, the location is pretty dangerous if you come by car. Never stop your car outside, otherwise you will end up with a broken window. Pay the expensive fee to park your car in the hotel's garage.

The facilities are quite modern. The staff is very kind and the breakfast is delicious.

A bit too far away from the center, it took too long to get there by taxi. Would have appreciated some hanging space close to the entrance door (for the coats) and in the bathroom (for the clothes)

The rooms were spacious and the hotel looks nice, there is free transportation to the nearest metro station.

Not too close to transport options and you have to take about 26 mins walk to the nearest train stop and 8 mins to the nearest busstop

Toilets flushing was a miss and go. Room temperature could not be controlled. I was in a room which was constantly at 26 degrees....too hot. No real choice for vegetarians and the bar had nothing available. No disarrano, no cranberry juice, no lemonade. Swimming pool was good but not showers so had to walk to our rooms dripping...

Breakfast staff were friendly and helpful. WiFi worked well.

Unfortunately our room was not the cleanest when we checked in and the daily cleaning service could have also done the job more thoroughly. Partially, they left a small mess in the bathroom with our toiletries. That can definitely be improved.

The food was awful, I asked for this meat steak thing… what they gave me was undercooked and when I asked to cook it again they seemed to give me a microwaved version which tasted like rubber. The restaurant staff - our dinner server was inattentive. I think she was distracted by a child who has sitting playing a video game. However we felt rude calling her to help with our orders. Location - middle of no where

There were some parties going on and we didn't manage to sleep very well. I don't believe the place deserves 4* comparing to some of the hotels I've been.

We loved Marco, he works in the frontdesk and was super helpful.

The location was not great. Took too long to get in and out of the centre of Milan.

Breakfast consisted of a great selection. There is plenty to suit all tastes Coffee was really good.😋 Room was lovely although the blinds were a bit battered. I was lucky to have a beautiful view. Really functional gym and pool.

Some bathrooms were dirty, breakfast needs some improvement. They only give 1 card per room.
