The hotel is very cozy and in very good location, very beautiful roof restaurant and bar with a beautiful outdoor seating area, staff were very friendly and helpful, our room had very good space with a terrace that has beautiful view. price of the room is very good comparing other hotels, breakfast was also very good.

Beautiful clean place in Rome with a rooftop breakfast area. Room had beautiful windows and a small walkout balcony. Close by to Rome sight seeing.

The wall in the bathroom is very thin and you can hear the sound of the next room. I almost felt someone was taking shower in my bathroom.

The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything from the neighbouring rooms and corridor, we were woken up early every morning by people outside our room. There is only one lift for 8 floors and there was often a long wait.

Great central location, easy to get around the city. Close to many shops and restaurants. Roof terrace bar was also very nice with good cocktails.

I asked for olives with my evening appetitive and while I got them on the first night I was told on the next two nights “there are no olives”. I also would have preferred china cups and proper teaspoons in the room rather than disposable cups. I did not think this was very environmentally friendly. I also had to ask every day for more milk as only two teeny caps of milk were in the room - not enough for even one cup of tea or coffee. Having said that, most of the staff was fabulous and attentive.

The room was really spacious and the bed very comfortable. Best shower in five weeks of travelling! The breakfast was really good with plenty of options - from fresh to cooked, savoury and sweet and very good coffee made to order. This was served on the rooftop which was where beautiful sunsets could be seen in the evenings.

Location was excellent in one sense as it was very close to Roma Termini Central Rail station. Unfortunately, there is a lot of building work being undertaken which temporarily impacts the beauty of the location

Hotel was very clean and really well managed by friendly staff. Rooftop breakfast area / bar was a beautiful spot to hang out. Breakfast buffet was extensive and of high quality.

It was Perfect!

The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and willing to help with any questions or issue. Pietro and Virginia were very attentive and friendly at all times in restaurant for meals and rooftop bar for breakfasts. The receptionist (sorry didn’t get name) was extremely friendly and invaluable on last day when advising there were long delays on highway due to an accident and we’d be quicker getting the train to the airport. Arrived in plenty time with no stress. Thank you to you all.

This is a gem of a hotel, an oasis that's a close walk to the train station. Large room, well laid out bathroom with exceptional shower. Gorgeous view from the roof and great to start and end the day there with breakfast and sunset. Excellent meals at Diana's Place restaurant next door in a lovely setting with great service.

Very clean with very comfortable facilities and excellent staff. A lovely roof top bar and dinning area, excellent breakfast included and the breakfast staff were fantastic. We were also given upgraded rooms when we arrived. An excellent location for visiting the centre of Rome.

1. Elevator: only one and small. But there is a baggage staff to bring your luggage to your room. 2. Property is not close to main attractions. But it was not an issue. Since July is a very hot season so taking a taxi was worth it.

Stayed for 3 nights with a family of four: 1. Staff: great service from front desk staff to breakfast severs 2. Room: clean and comfortable Note: new bottle water each day Note: compliment wine bottle 3. Breakfast: excellent, good selection, delicious Note: take advantage of their breakfast. It’s good. Note: staff is very friendly!!! 4. Train station: short walking distance. We were at Florence so it was a convenient. 5. Location: we felt safe. We told the front desk that we will be leaving early morning, we were given breakfast boxes to go for we left the hotel at 5:30 am. You can also request the front desk to call a taxi for you, but we used FREENOW app for taxi all over Rome.
