Our accommodation was really perfect! Everyday the staff was cleaning our rooms,and changing our towels! Also the staff was very polite with us! If we have the opportunity again,we will sure go there again! Nice to meet you, Couple from Greece.

Our room was very specious, right at the center of Rome, next to the Spanish Steps. It was very clean and modern. Also the receptionists were very kind and helpful!Would definitely recomend.

The rooms are located at the first floor. In the second floor are occupied by residents. It was very noisy during the nights that could not sleep (until late night).

There were some small problems like lack of noise isolation and brightness of room (just our room not our mates) which was completely ignorable in comparison with mentioned advantages

The best part of this hotel is superrrr friendly and helpful personal specially, Sid (If I spell his name correctly). Other big advantage of it is best location it has, which makes it easier and faster to get anywhere you want.

Everything was perfect !! The hotel is located in one of the most famous squares in Rome , in Piazza di Spagna! The staff was very kind and willing to help with anything we needed! The breakfast was really good and the room was very clean! We were so happy to stay there and we definitely recommend it 🙂

On November 14th, we arrived at Elysium Suites Collection. We were disappointed to discover things we never imagined we would encounter. First, the hallway had a musty smell, the air conditioner worked on the first evening, but by the next morning it was no longer functioning. The water were not hot enough, the entire room was gray and gloomy (unlike the pictures on the website,which was very much lighted), and there was no service after 16:00. Moreover, we thought it was a hotel with full facilities, but when we approached the owner, he told us it was a B&B, even though we had previously stayed at a similar establishment that was clearly a hotel. On November 15th, we decided we could not stay another night, and at 22:00, we informed the owner that we were leaving . he accuses us of lying instead of taking responsibility and refunding us.

It was noisy because of the location in the heart of Rome.

The apartment was stunning, spacious and exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect and we even had breakfast ingredients waiting for us in the apartment.

Anyone reading this section, do not let it put you off booking. Unfortunately, the review asks what you like first, but places this part first. This is typical of Italy, though, steps up to the main entrance. Also, Have to walk through a narrow corridor. The corridor does have a musty smell about it. This is not something that would stop me booking this place, but could do with looking at, as the smell is the very first thing anyone will experience, so first thought is OMG, what have we booked,, which is not actually the case.

Location is perfect and our room faced the main street. The staff are great and very welcoming. Nice breakfast was provided every day and the coffee, very nice. The shower was huge and bathroom in general is a good size. The room is narrow and long, which gave us plenty of room. Bed was comfortable and ample room for clothing. Loved it

Our stay in room number 3 was very dark the walls are a dark blue one tiny window with a view to another building. The bed sheets stained. The smell was unpleasant and was covered up with strong diffuser sticks. Booked 4 nights only stood 2. The person checking us in kept asking for the city tax in cash. I would not recommend. Properly only has 6 rooms in total. Our checkout leave the city tax and keys at desk no one will be there.

The "blue room" we stayed was too dark. The shade of blue is too dark, and the lighting was bad. The size of room is small, but could be better with better lighting.

The location is excellent! The gentleman who checked us in was friendly and very helpful.
