Small room, not so clean, need some improvements. Location is great, if you only need a bed and a shower this place is ok.

The ac didnt work so it got a bit warm in the room. First it just did warm air, and comimg from sweeden 19 degrees is warm for ur. But we just opened the big Windows looking over a garden and problem solved. No noice from the Streets or anything.

Loved the location. So central but yet on a quiet street. Just a Nice Walk over the bridge and then we were in the center of the the city life. The room looked like in the pictures but for us it was a little bit smaler, not a problem but just for information. We didnt spend and time in the room except for sleeping so the room was perfect for us. They cleaned the room everyday, which we didnt expect, and got new towels the third day. The host was Nice and helpful. We changed our arrival time, up 1h, in the last minute and the host was Nice to show up and let us in really Quick. We were a bit confused because it said in the information that the desk was maned 24/7 i think, its more like he showed up on the time we had reggistered our arrival. Not a problem and he was Quick but we felt a litte bad for Maybe making him rush.

We did get locked out at one point because the key we were given wasn’t working but they resolved it very quickly. This wasn’t a usual circumstance. The room wasn’t too big but it was the perfect size for the two of us. Was more like a hotel room.

The location was great, very close to the centre. We liked the bathroom and the view of the plants in the courtyard from the window. They had a cleaner everyday which was useful.

It is a compact room which is adequate if you are a business person in for a couple of days or just need a nice place to sleep

Secure and in a good location to Vatican City, restaurants and shops. Staff were friendly and the room was cleaned every day. Also very accommodating with late check in and the confusion about booking.coms hacking

The first night we had no hot water in the shower and we ran out of toilet paper and there was no spare in the room and no staff around to get some more until the next day.

It was a good location. Not right in the hustle and bustle, but close enough that you could walk to things and had a strip of restaurants right around the corner.

Id like to have more fluent conversation with the people on charged, as it’s a bed and breakfast there were not people all the time to open the door and after to ask several times I didn’t had an answer and was afraid if someone would be there when I arrived.

The property was exactly as in the pictures, close to main attractions but in a neighbourhood where is not busy at all and you can rest and recharge batteries. Have loads of restaurants and ice cream shops close and the place was regularly cleaned every morning.

We stayed for 3 nights and they would come in a make our bed but wouldn’t change our towels! The room was very small and the aircon was leaking the whole time it was on!

- Wifi was absolutely horrible ( speedtest showed 0.02mb/s download and 0.03mb/s upload), there was also very shitty signal so you couldn’t even use the cellular data in the room or make calls. - Room has only one outlet to power your phone/accesories on one side of the bed the other one doesnt have it (There is another one in the bathroom and one where the tv is connected) - Breakfast was of very poor quality, no cooked things and the toaster barely worked. Also there was a lot of confusion with the breakfast time and we got the feeling that the host tried to scam us out of the breakfast, because we explicitly asked if the breakfast lasted for 3 hours from 8-11 and the host said yes to that, but when we came for breakfast at 10:30, he said that it was only until 10 and then asked us if his colleague didn’t tell us that, but it was him that checked us in? (Unless he has a twin brother) - We asked a few things about the stay and the host never replied to them. - You can hear everything from the hall and it is very loud. - The mini fridge was quite loud. - Toilet paper was literally half a ply and we ran out of it and did not get more. - The toilet seat was quite old and was a bit destroyed also the under the sink cupboards doors were kinda busted and the flooring was a bit touched up in the bedroom area.

Location was great, good bus connections and you can get to a lot of places by foot. Room was very clean. They let us leave our luggage at the hotel even after checkout. They cleaned our room every day very well and switched out the towels on the 2nd night (out of 3).

The room we got did not look like images provided. Property was fairly clean, however, noticed a few places in the room that could use some dusting. It was quite a small space - however, we usually travel with backpacks and don’t tend to spend a lot of time in accommodation so it was ok. Although, rooms are cleaned daily , shower gel/ shampoo was not topped up so it was not enough at the end. Bathroom was also very small and cramped, shower doors did not close properly.
