What a fantastic place. It was better than I expected! The room is great and big with a high ceiling, spotlessly clean and even a bottle of water and a pear juice! The location is perfect. Definitely if I come back to pisa I would not hesitate to book this place.

I really enjoyed staying here. It’s a quaint old style guest house in the perfect location for Pisa old town. The place was spotlessly clean, the room was an excellent size and the staff were super friendly and helpful over messenger. Being in the centre of town it is noisy outside however ear plugs are provided. Not all the rooms are en suite but the shared bathrooms were always clean. The value for money is unbeatable and if I was coming back to Pisa I’d definitely stay here again.

The description said there was a kettle but there wasn’t one in my room, I found a communal one by accident when I was being nosey so it would be a good idea in future to let people know where the kettle is

Large room full of charm and character. Very comfortable bed. Wonderful location. We were a bit worried about sharing a bathroom but this was not a problem. Everything was very clean. The accommodation was great value for money. Communication with the host was easy and straightforward.

The only downside to the property was the cleanliness of the bathroom. I understand their are a shared bathroom but they where still not cleaned regularly.

The property was in a perfect location and easy to get to from the train station either walking or taxi. The leaning tower of Pisa was only a 5 minute walk away. Luca was a perfect host answering to any needs we had via WhatsApp very promptly. I’d 100% recommend this hotel when visiting Pisa.

This hotel is just 5min walking distance from Tower of Pisa. To get the bus, need to walk for 10min. Hotel was very pretty. Vibes were nice. Room size is good. Staff helped and guided us well. Nice hotel.

We recently stayed here and was exactly what we needed. The atmosphere was warm and slightly vintage, which gave it a charming feel. Initially, we were unsure about the shared bathrooms, but it turned out to be an advantage—there were three bathrooms, so it was never an issue. The coffee was unlimited, the room was cozy and warm in March, the hot water was reliable, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The high ceilings and spacious rooms added to the overall experience. We’ll definitely return if the rooms are available!

The accommodation was in an amazing location, around 5 minutes from the tower of Pisa with a lot of good food options around. There are no staff on-site, just cleaners in the morning. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. Bathrooms are shared with other rooms, but overall very clean. I left my jumper in the accommodation, and when I contacted the accommodation, they were very considerate and helped me collect it a few days after I had checked out (big thank you to Loz Filippina). Overall, an amazing place to stay for the price.

The window is not so well isolated, so when people are talking outside you hear it in the room. On Saturday night there were some conversations on the street in the night, but otherwise it was quiet enough (it's not a super heavily trafficked street). The bathroom door was a little hard to lock, but it was okay.

Very quaint room, I liked the atmosphere that the old-timey furniture creates :) uncomplicated check in and check out, free coffee machine, good location next to the piazza!

The stay at this hotel was wonderful. At the start, we are greeted with a small gift, and free coffee and tea are also available. Contact with the owners is easy and quick, and they will answer all questions about Italy and the surrounding area. The rooms and bathroom are perfectly clean. And the hotel itself has a charming style. The location is also a plus, about 150 m from the Square of Miracles. The price to quality ratio is definitely a plus.

I have to open the windows at night to let fresh air in. It was a bit noisy in the early hours of morning because of deliveries to nearby shops. But if the windows are closed, it was quite.
