If you don’t like a shared bathroom this is not for you.

Great location. The room was very clean as were the shared facilities. Free coffee & tea was a bonus.

If I'd stayed longer than one night the noise in the corridors might have got a bit much but I always have earplugs with me anyway.

I haven't stayed somewhere with a shared bathroom in ages so I was a bit apprehensive. I was pleasantly surprised though, there were 3 bathrooms and I never had to wait. The room was really nice with appropriate furniture for the location. No staff on site but there was clear instructions on how to get into the room. Communal tea/ coffee facilities were a nice added touch.

maybe to put something on windows so that flies or insects don’t get into the room at night

we were shocked when we realized how close it is to pisa tower. other than that, even though it was shared bathroom, it was pretty clean. the room was neat, and the property owner contacted us about our check-in :) there is a carrefour just before the building and there are a lot of cafes and restaurants in the area! thank you for everything

All was good, and really nothing to dislike.

The room is very well placed, shortly from the tower and close from the bridges over Arno and the best squares in Pisa with its wonderful restaurants. Very spacious room and comfortable bed. The owner is very helpful, even though we never met. Highy reccomand.

The room was right above a bar so it was a bit loud especially in the evening. Communication with staff wasn't the clearest.

The location was great, so was the room, very spacious and comfortable bed. Showers clean with soap and shampoo. Overall good value for money, especially if you are 2 sharing the room and price.

I liked everything but maybe a suggestion for paper cups for the tea and coffee instead of plastic.

I absolutely loved it! It was fantastic and I would highly recommend it! Location was great, communication with easy to follow steps for self check in, all the little extras that made it so special. If I'm ever back in Pisa I would stay here again and look forward to it!

Landed late in the evening and wanted a stopover before travelling to Florence for MotoGP. Walk from airport to hotel was 40 minutes and very easy to find. Great instructions from the owner on how to enter the building. Beautiful building inside, traditional Italian style rooms. We had opted for shared bathroom, both areas were spotless throughout our short stay. Just outside the room was a small fridge, coffee machine and kettle. So handy for the tower, had a quick visit. Also had drinks at a nearby bar and breakfast the next day just 2 minutes away.

Perfectly situated in the historical centre. The location is ideal for tourism - and for me it was also Ideal for work as I was visiting the Scuola Normale Superiore just 5 minutes walk away. The building is as historical as the area, but nevertheless welcoming, comfortable. and clean.
