This is the place I stay every time I visit Naples. The location is perfect, could not be more convenient. The building is full of character, the rooms are very nice, well equipped and exceptionally clean. But what I love the most about staying here, is the way that Cesare and Laura run this place. They go out of their way to make sure everything meets your needs, they are professional yet very friendly. I love Toledo Class!

The location was excellent and the rooms clean, spacious and comfortable. However, it was the staff that made it such a wonderful experience! Laura was on hand from the moment we booked to check-out. She was very attentive and gave us some excellent recommendations that we thoroughly enjoyed. Cesare was very hospitable and helpful on check-in, and even sorted us an umbrella to shield from the weather!

We stayed for just 1 night however the hosts Laura and Cesare were so helpful from the minute we booked. The room is lovely and bright, clean and modern and the location is excellent . Would definitely recommend Toledo Class.

The elevator was quite small (could fit in only 2 people with luggage, or 4 people in total), but every time it came quite quickly and it had no issues running during our stay.

Laura and her husband were the kindest hosts ever! When we just arrived, we got a few local recommendations for restaurants and other places we can't miss in Naples which was so helpful! The room was quite spacious, and we also got some local pastries in the room (and a free refill outside of it, as a part of the coffee station). I really likes that there were only a few rooms (4 in total) which made this apartment hotel very intimate with a boutique feeling (especially as it's run by a family), while still being located right on Via Toledo which is Naples main street where everything happens - lots of restaurants, local shops, cafes and even all the international fashion branches which makes commute by walking super easy. Also, considering that Naples' city center could sometimes be intimidating during nighttime, we felt very secure at the apartment even when we came back late at night.

The location of the guesthouse is excellent, very easy to walk to all major sightseeings. Very friendly and helpful staff, Laura gave us some great tips for restaurants, she reacts quickly and is always ready to assist. The room was nice, modern and clean. Would recommend this for anyone wishing to explore this vibrant and fascinating city!

Beautifull rooms, at the center of the main street, close to everything (Galleria Umbarto, Old city, Rail to the top). Loura and her husband have grate hoslitality and they'll help you with anything. Highly recommended!

The property is in a great location, very central and just a short taxi ride from the airport. The property itself is everything you could want and more - very clean, modern and well furnished. Eveything. Laura answered immidiately every question and every request with smile. Helped by supplying us packing accessories, she arranged the taxi not just for us but also for a friend from another hotel. We got a surprise special fruit plate. The location was 1 minute from the central of viz toledo and the market. The room was good
