Wish we had extra regular pillows. We could have asked, and I am sure we would have gotten them, but we were only there one night. Initially, trying to find the place was a little challenging as there isn't any exterior signage, but again, once you know where it is at the location is amazing.

I was ask to increase my review scoring, which made me feel a little negative after a really positive stay. It was problematic to enter the building with a stroller, at the entrance was some stairs and the elevator was old style with manual opening and closing. We had a hard time to create night lighting as the night lights are very bright.

Anna is a great host, really kind and attentive, responsive on chat (WhatsApp in our case). She has some difficulties in English, but we could understand each other. Toledo Point is in the old town, close to multiple places of interest. The apartment was super-clean, the breakfast had a family atmosphere. The balcony opened onto the inner courtyard which was fairly quiet. We had a hotel-like experience.

We loved each and every minute in Napoli and Toledo Point was a perfect choice to stay. It was in the center, so we could visit the city; shops and restaurants were near. The room was big, beautiful and well equipped. Also our lovely host, Anna made the trip even more enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious, really worth it to try!

The host Anna was the absolute best like other travelers said! She was above and beyond on everything we requested her for. We asked for a luggage deposit at 9am on the day of our arrival - instead she had the room ready for us by then, free of any extra charge. She was also super nice and caring in many small ways, making our stay as heartwarming as it gets. The host aside, the place was super clean, centrally located at a great location, and comes at a very reasonable price tag. I strongly recommend Toledo Point to all travelers coming to Naples!

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was great. But most importantly, the host Anna was exceptional in her hospitality and prompt in communication. She was always available via phone or WhatsApp. She made us feel welcome and went out of her way to make our stay comfortable and take care of our requests. I strongly recommend this place.

Excellent location in the heart of old town Naples. Bars, shops and restaurants in the old streets easily accesible. Near to a Metro which is just 4 stops from The central train station. Rooms really clean and modern, general kitchen area spotless. Host excellent with good communication via WhatsApp.

The host was absolutely fabulous, we only stayed one night but they made us feel welcome, had decorated the room for our birthday with a little bottle of prosecco and banners which was super sweet! I chose this accommodation based on excellent reviews and I was not wrong. Everything is more than excellent. The location is central, within walking distance of Centro Storico, Quartieri Spagnoli, metro, Alibus Airport Shuttle. The room and bathroom are comfortable and clean, the breakfast is excellent and Mrs. Anna is a wonderful woman, every morning thanks to Anna I renewed my Italian language 😊. Naples is a beautiful, lively city, and as a solo traveler I felt completely safe and comfortable. Recommendations for visiting Naples and Toledo Point 👍.

The property’s location is very close to the historical centre and Spanish quarter and one of the funiculars. It is very close to the metro train station Toledo which connects to the Naples Central Station which is on the main regional line so travelling on the train is very easy. The rooms are modern, clean, comfortable and relatively quiet in an incredibly lively city. The breakfast is great and tasty local cakes were provided. Anna made us feel at home and answered all our questions about the city and its sights. Although she claimed her English was not strong, she is conversant enough to make herself be understood.

Very easy access for a cab ride from the airport. They can drop you right in front. Toledo Point is very clean and comfortable. It even has an elevator! The staff is especially kind.

Everything was great.

Extremely clean, comfortable and modern B&B in the middle of the Naples historical centre. The B&B is located in a iconic building near the Toledo metro station and the pedestrian area with lots of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants within walking distance. The famous Spanish quarter is very close by as well. The room is of a good size for two people, the ensuite bathroom is quite modern. The common area, just outside the room, is nice to have for an evening coffee or tea (everything you need for that is there freely available). The host (Anna) is extremely attentive, very friendly and generous. Will definitely be back!

The bed was a little bit smaller than we expected (especially for taller people) and the mattress was not as comfortable as we are used to. However, the host has already listened to our feedback and advises that she has put in a new mattress.

Anna was a wonderful host. We enjoyed her B & B. The location was perfect, easy walking distance to most sites and the Metro was only about 100m down the street. The continental breakfast was very nice. Anna made eggs to order and sat and chatted with us every morning. It was fun to start our day with her company and the help of Google Translate. She was nice enough to help us get some mid-vacation laundry done. We would highly recommend her B & B.
