The place was beautiful and clean. It was in a great location and the staff were extremely attentive and helpful. The check in process was also very simple. I’d highly recommend this place if you’re visiting in Rome

Really nice and very clean place with super nice staff. Room was comfortable and bright, cleaned daily. They welcomed us with cup of cappucino and tips about the area. It’s close to the metro station, bus and tram and you have Colosseo in walking distance. A lot of nice caffes and restaurants near by. It’s not strictly in the old city center and for me it was a big plus, as the neighbourhood was calmer and less crowded.

Everything was perfect - location, accommodations and most importantly the staff! The place is very nice, everyone that works there is amazing, super friendly and helpful. They made sure we had a great experience in Rome, provided us tips on places to visits and restaurants. I would definitely go back and stay there again.

There was was nothing we didn't like, our stay was great.

The room was comfortable, warm and clean. The location is great and quite close to the centre. Moreover, Valeria was very kind and helpful with our late check-in / early check-out, and left us breakfast before the checkout. Everything was great!

We really loved the location, it was very convenient to get everywhere by walking and there were two metro stations near by. The room was cozy and clean, and the staff was really friendly. We enjoyed our stay and would like to come back.

The location is perfect. Bedside it's near many main attractions, a lot of markets, cafes and restaurants were nearby, as well as the Termini station. The room was very clean, without a speck of dust. The staff was really friendly and helpful. We loved it.

It would have been lovely to have coffee facilities in addition to the tea ones in the room, but Valeria and the team were more than happy to provide cappuccinos, etc.

The location was perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the Colosseum. The staff, in particular Valeria, could not have done more to help me make the most of my stay with some excellent restaurant recommendations.

This is a great hotel with a great location, only 5 min from Colosseum and we also could see it from our window, amazing. Valeria is very friendly and she made our check in and check out very easy. Everything was clean, functional, comfy bed, good temperature, property easy to find, good communication leading up to our arrival and accommodating with meeting us to show the property, also really helpful when we left.

I couldn’t say that there was something bad about the place, only a few minuses: - It is on the 5th floor, but there is an really slow elevator (which is super small) - The room was really small - The ventilation in the bathroom was not very strong, so when you take a shower the humidity is awful

The location is absolutely perfect and maybe the best thing about the place, it was very clean and everyday they changed the towels, Valeria is an absolute gem, such a great host, super friendly and helpful! We loved her :)

Everything!!! Valeria from front desk no doubt is the face of the place, extremely nice, great manners and helpful. She greeted us at the front and took us to our room. The whole experience was amazing and we will definitely come back
