The stairs up to the rooftop were narrow and difficult to negotiate when your over 65!! The sea view room was spectacular but the other rooms were a little small for the price.

Location was excellent, right in the centre of the pedestrian area of Polignano a Mare. The staff were excellent and provided good information on restaurants etc. The breakfast was very good and served on the rooftop.

Perfect romantic getaway with views to one of the most famous beaches in the world. In the heart of the old town area perfect for shopping and restaurants all short walking distance away. The staff was incredibly helpful, and they work with transportation and parking in the area if you need to bring a car or get around further than a quick walk. The views and rooms are stunning. We will be coming back!

The rooms definitely need some cupboard space - not everyone is coming for a weekend or they might be doing a longer travel and there is just nowhere to put anything - we had two tiny shelves and some hangers. There is also nothing to put toiletries on in the bathroom....it's obviously the style of the place and while it's gorgeous some better cupboard options are crucial. But this really was the only issue.

The location is fantastic and the staff particularly Angela and Roberta are outstanding. The breakfast served by the lovely Maria is also really good and the rooms are beautiful. This is a gorgeous place and definitely a wonderful area to visit. The fact that it is in walking distance to the main beach is also perfect.

The whole atmosphere and presentation from the minute we arrived was truly amazing. Angela and her staff were more than accommodating for all our needs. The whole vibe in and around of the property was unbelievable 👌

The air conditioning was not that great, it was hot at times during the night, and we couldn't bring the temperature down. Wifi didn't work well, but the positive side is the area is so beautiful you don't want to spend that much time in the room.

The whole experience was wonderful and the staff were the best. Roberta made check in very smooth, she offered us the best recommendations of where to eat and go while in Polignano and also helped us with recommendations of places near by. We could contact them via WhatsApp which made communications really easy. Maria served the best breakfast, she was so sweet and always remembered what we liked from the day before. Angela was also great.

Just as a warning.. the hotel has no lift. Can be difficult for older people to climb the stairs.

The location is great, in the historic centre of polignano with shops, restaurants, pubs and a tiny beach nearby. The staff is very friendly and the hotel room is perfect. Significant big room, nice modern clean deco, and all very clean.

Perfect location with a beautiful sea view. The staff were exceptionally kind, even going out of their way to pick up our bags from a nearby spot when parking was unavailable. Due to the patron saint's festival in the city, we requested a private parking space and shuttle service, which they arranged for us. However, public parking was quite limited and felt overly priced for the quality of the room itself. Despite this, we thoroughly enjoyed the terrace, where you can take in both the sunset and sunrise—a truly delightful experience that made the visit worthwhile.

My only suggestion would be to install a towel rail to allow for drying, minimizing the need for towels to be placed on the floor.

Our stay at Tre Archi Suite and Relais was impeccable. We reserved two suites, one featuring a sauna and the other a jacuzzi. The location, accommodations, service, and breakfast were all outstanding, and the welcome bottle of Prosecco was a delightful touch. We also appreciated the provision of beach towels and complimentary water in the room. Andrea's local knowledge, thoughtfully tailored to our preferences, greatly enhanced our experience. I would highly recommend staying at Tre Archi Suite and Relais, and Polignano is a must-visit location. Truly memorable.

Nothing - it was perfect.

This hotel and the staff are absolutely exceptional! We had the most amazing stay in what I can only imagine is the best view and hospitality in Polignano a Mare! Angela and Roberta went out of their way to make our stay unforgettable for our honeymoon. The parking and free shuttle service was easily arranged by the hotel staff. Angela and Roberta also did bookings for restaurants and TukTuks on our behalf and gave us a host of recommendations for where to go and what to do in our area. They were always friendly and nothing ever seemed like any trouble - we could not thank them enough for how they treated us while we stayed here. We shall definitely return ❤️

Everything was perfect!

The property was fantastic! Lovely room reminiscent of a stone cave but beautiful and quiet even though it was located on a busy walkway near the piazza. The staff, particularly Angela was so attentive and kind!!!
