Nuri was an awesome host and provided so much assistance during our stay. He definitely went above and beyond the call of duty. A very courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable individual. The unit was very clean and spacious for our needs. Great location and close to all attractions. I would recommend Magenta Navona!!🥰

The room smells like sewage. When paying 300€/night you expect a clean room. Our bedsheets weren’t changed during our 5 night stay The shower has just a shower head (it was mainly blocked) and no hand shower. We found two cockroaches in the bathroom

It’s near the main sightseeing objectives. You can easily reach Vatican City, Piazza Navona, Colosseum, etc by foot.

What you see in the photos is really true. Location is perfect, clean room. Your room has everything you need. You can walk everywhere. If you need to take the bus or public transport, there is a stop right in front of your door. Very safe and protected. But most importantly, the employees. If the owners of the place are reading my comment, I ask them to value and raise her employee named Nuri. Because he was the most perfect hotel worker we have ever seen in our lives. We loved EVERYTHING. I can't think of one thing that we were unhappy with. Im so glad we started our trip at Magenta.

First off, I want to praise Noody, who helped us during our stay at Magenta. I can't compliment him or the services he provides enough. He arranged a driver to pick us up at the airport upon arrival which ensured a smooth experience. He helped us book taxi's and recommended some amazing places to eat. The location was perfect! Right next to Campo di Fiori (4 min walk) and the pantheon (8 min walk). The area is clean, and quiet at night. The AC in the room worked really well and the elevator was a big help. The Magenta feels really tidy, and safe. We loved the little espresso machine and water kettle too. The little patio was so cute. Highly recommend!!!!!

Enjoyed our stay at Magenta Collection Navona! We were pleasantly greeted upon arrival by Nuri and they helped us get into our room and walked us through the amenities. They were available for any questions we had during our stay. Great central location and walking distance to many of the sites throughout the city!

My special thanks and great gratitude to Mr. Nureddine (Nuri), who works in the reception. The services and support he provided is similar to concierge services in VIP facilities. He is doing his best to make our stay very convenient. Once we arrived, he began to explain to us the hotel in friendly and professional way. After that he began to explain what to do in Rome, best restaurants, cafes, tiramisu shops, how to use taxi in Rome and even more. In addition to that, he offers his help with a nice smile and truthful heart. he sent all required information to enjoy Rome. I remember when I forgot my medical pillow in the hotel. Due to medical surgery in my back, I need to use this pillow everywhere. It will be very hard to continue enjoying my trip without this medical pillow. When I called Noureddine, the pillow was ready to pick up within minutes. He is a great value to the hotel for sure. The hotel located in a nice location. It is relative quiet and near to the important Rome attractions. It is clean, comfortable and the room was very convenient.

We visited Rome as part of our honeymoon trip across Italy. The Magenta suites exceed our expectations by far. The property was so beautifully decorated and everything was finished with absolute perfection. The host was so polite and helpful and very approachable and he even gave us a bottle of Prosecco to celebrate our honeymoon. We were contacted by What’s App and we given so much advice and a fantastic recommendation for Tiramisu! Would 100% recommend. Perfect location and very reasonably priced.

We went to Rome for 3 nights. We booked an airBnB but the place was horrible. We left there in the night. We were looking for a new place to stay and came across this place with one room left. We booked it and immediately had confirmation we could stay there for 2 nights. I then called at 5 am in the morning if everything was ok. Even then they picked up the phone. It is true that there is not a receptionist all hours of the day. But you can simply text them using whatsapp and they will respond immediately!!! We left everything at 9 am in the morning in a locker and our room was ready at 11am! Very fast! The staff was also very kind and helping us with our stay. He also gave us water bottles and the best pistache. He also helped us with recommendations. Everything was very clean and the shower was great! It is true there is a very loud street. But the windows block every sound! The airconditioning is working fine aswell! Very cold room for when its hot outside. The location is super with everything Rome has to offer in walking distance. There is also the best tiramisu place just 5 minutes walking. I recommend everyone that is going to Rome to go to this hotel!!

The room was clean, the location is excellent we could walk to almost all the main attractions. The staff is extremely friendly, we were very well treated by Nuri, it was very easy to keep in touch with him and he helped us with all we needed.

The hotel is very close to Vatican and Piazza Navona and other sightseeing centers we love it. There is a near bus station that you can take to everywhere. Nuri is a great host, that he suggested us many places and a welcome serve. Thank you very much for the great hospitality. Room was very clean with a beatiful city view.
