Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesAs a solo female traveler- please note that there is no staff there 24/7. It can be loud as it’s in a lively neighborhood, so ear plugs and a noise machine are helpful. There’s also no common area besides the terrace, which I didn’t really mind!
You can’t beat this location- it’s in Trastevere, close to everything and in a neighborhood. The room was comfortable and what I expected in a European room. Breakfast and the courtyard was nice. The location is the best part of this accommodation. The staff were also quite wonderful- very accommodating and helped book several taxis for me to and from the airport and from the train station. They were very nice and helpful! You’re steps away from both a lively neighborhood with lovely restaurants and shops and just across the bridge from the lively sites of Rome.

United KingdomNothing not to like (except the pillows but that’s very much personal preference!)
Location is perfect for exploring the area - right on the bridge so ideal for both sides of the river. Felt extremely safe.

United KingdomCan be a bit noisy in the evening and at night as the property is in the middle of amazing Trastavere area . Did not bother us - you must close windows .
Location was superb , Angela ( lady at the reception ) was amazing and very helpful . Breakfast was nice - some ham, cheese , salami , tomatoes , cucumbers , eggs - yoghurts , cakes , bread and fruits - juices - coffees . You don’t need any more . Room we have included main room , little room and bathrooms. For two adults and one child was perfect . Selection of sweets , nuts and drinks in the room plus teas and coffees available ( jar included ) . We came to Rome to explore Rome - for that occasion room Was perfect .

United KingdomThe rooms are misleadingly small (photos have clearly been taken at ‘clever’ angles) but they are fine for a short stay.
The location was brilliant - right in the heart of Trastevere. Easy walking distance to most places one might want to visit.

IsraelOur room windows in the first floor were just above the road. The sound insulation was great, so it didn't bother us too much, but it could cause some inconvenience. If you are sensitive, ask for rooms which are not facing the road.
The stuff was very helpful The location is great The breakfast was great either

RomaniaFirst of all - Unfortunately the room we got was not the room presented when we booked (superior double room). The room in the images (the charming green one) is only for showcase but the rest of the rooms are more basic/ordinary. I asked them to send pictures of the actual room that we will stay in, and i was presented with a set of 4 images of various other rooms saying that they don’t know exacly the specific room we will get (but being a small boutique accomodation with only several rooms i am wondering how come they can’t manage the reservations and clients per rooms so you know exactly who stays where…is it a random thing?) The room we got was somehow similar with the photos but had many different furniture and interior decorations that were different which i found frustrating and misleading) Secondly - there was only 1 power outlet with sockets in the room, and 2 usb outlets by the bed sides which made charging equipment kinda difficult. The shower had no handheld shower hose, only a rain shower above which was very unconfortable because i didn’t want my hair to get wet every time during showering. We had no liquid or bar hand soap we had to ask for one, only a wall-mounted shower gel inside the shower cabin. There is no radiator in the room only heating by AC which turned out a bit chilly at night with 2 degrees outside in january. Breakfast pretty scarce and basic (store bought sliced ham, salami and cheese cucumber and tomato cereal tea coffee)
Location is amazing and very central in lovely and cosy Trastevere neighborhood, with views over the piazza and the Tiber river. The building is very nice and very close to everything you need (bars, restaurants, cafes, mini markets and charming streets, public transport etc) Room cozy, bed confortable, bathroom kinda small but nice. The outside covered terrace where you eat breakfast is charming and heated

AustraliaThis place was extremely noisy at night as there is a square with live music next door that finished (whilst we were staying there) - anytime between 12am (earliest) to 6am (latest). The hotel actually leave earplugs in your room for you to use.
