space is too small. the shower was 3 feet by 3 feet. The facility was vicinity of a high populated area. we could hear noise up to late in the morning; lots of music and laud talking.

Most of the Rome major attractions were within 30 mins. nice breakfast, we felt secured in a highly populated area

Lovely morning breakfast with fresh espresso, cute patio, helpful staff. Location absolutely cannot be beat - walkable to all major attractions and located in a beautiful neighborhood bustling with restaurants and gelato shops. The hotel itself is more like a B&B but they do it well and it was an excellent, clean, and lovely spot to unwind after a day of walking time!

I believe the property is over priced for what it is when I compare it with other accomodation I am staying at while in Rome.

The location was great for what we were planning to do that day. Walkable to the Vatican and so close to so many shops & restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would go back.

The location is on a very busy road - like a highway and a very busy plaza, so it's extremely noisy and dirty. They do provide ear plugs, which is nice. The hotel is fine, but for what I paid, I expected something much nicer. I paid about the same amount my entire trip to Italy, and this was by far the worst hotel. Not great value for the money. The neighborhood is cool, but it's a bit like the lower east side of Rome - so not great for a family.

The bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and communicated well. The breakfast sounded good, but we left before breakfast was served.

Look. They do their best. They provide ear plugs. But it is not possible to sleep here. The noise from the street, despite excellent double glazing, is just appalling. There was pounding bass thumping through the room until after 2am. Really a nightmare. For me, the bed was too hard (though some people love that, I know) and I got less than two hours' sleep in total. It's not their fault and it's really a lovely place, but I couldn't ever go back. And, just to be clear, this was a cold and rainy Tuesday night. Imagine what it's going to be like in summer.

It's an incredible location - exactly where I needed to be, near where my daughter lives. The room was gorgeous. I loved the 1930s bedside tables, great shower, huge bed, lovely view. Really gorgeous. I didn't meet any staff so I can't comment on them, though the messages and emails were very friendly and helpful.

We were in a fantastic location spacious apartment, we ate out every night but all facilities were there if you wanted to eat in. Taxis readily available outside the apartment. The apartment is in a popular area where there are lots of places to eat which makes it very handy coming home after dinner and when you have sore feet. The main tourist attractions are all working 25 mins walking at the most and at the most 10 euro in a taxi if you cannot cope with anymore walking.

A light breakfast but definitely enough to start the day. Clean rooms, a staff that gives quick and fair answers. Despite the location on a main road and a square full of people, the windows are amazingly soundproof. And the highlight is the strategic location between all the known sites, and in the center of Rome's night life. The room is definitely enough for a couple for a dream vacation. We would definitely love to come back

The room was very small and the floor and walls were a little dirty. I’m not a fan of plastic showers. They charge over €30 more than the flat rate for a taxi to the airport. Breakfast was supposed to be included, but they don’t open until 8am—too late in my view.

The location was great. It was loud, but when closed, the windows blocked a lot of the sound. The view was nice.

perfect location in the most authentic laid back neighbourhood of the city. views of the river and taxi rank just outside front door. lovely old building and rooms with large window and high ceilings. Lovely breakfast on sunny terrace.

To be picky some shower complementaries would be appreciated as since there was body wash there wasn’t any hair shampoo or conditioner but that’s if I am being harsh.

The room was incredibly clean, very desolate and out of the way whilst also being 30 seconds to electric scooters, a quaint town, taxis and a 20/25 minuet walk to the coliseum. Day before check in I got a whatsapp text ensuring i knew what i was doing, if i needed any assistance or advice. On arrival the amenities where extremely clean and some complimentary water was very appreciated since we arrived late. Beds were comfortable, tv with netflix and youtube built in, nice shower, modern design and the whole stay was defiantly worth the money as between the 4 of me and my friends it was only €30 a night. Staff was also very very helpful and lovely. If I return to rome, I defiantly will be staying again.

As we were in such a great location, it did come with some noise from the outside buskers. I know the hotel is aware of this and provided ear plugs in each room, which is amazing. I didn't use them as it was actually okay with the noise (the music was good), but in case you have small children or babies, the noise may not be ideal.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect, right by all the amazing food and restaurants and not a far walk from the attractions. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. Highly recommend.

Location, location, location. Perfect place to visit Rome on foot. We found all monuments within 15-20 min walking. Fantastic. Beautiful hotel, perfect for visiting Rome, perfect for relaxing, surrounded by all shops and restaurants you can imagine. Hotel staff was wonderful, very kind and helpful. Thank you guys for everything! Room was not big but very nice, really clean and very comfortable, and super warm! Really nice place. We will stay only there in our next visit to Rome, for sure!

Location is key when staying in any major city. Tree Charme is absolutely perfectly located for all attractions, vibrate location with great bars and restaurants very close by. The staff were excellent and very professional. This will be our accomodation choice always when returning to Rome.
