Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The top bunk bed is too high, and it's a bit difficult to climb up There should be at least one chair into the room for a little rest or when people get their shoes on
The location is extremely good and handy to be in old town and other facilities Roof has a balcony, and you can have your breakfast and spend some time in there with a nice view of street

It can be noisy when they do some events and you get to hear it from some bedrooms, but it will finish at 1 am.
Excellent place for meeting people. They offer dinner for free some days a week and it's a great moment to get to know other people.

I had a fantastic stay at the hostel! The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed - especially - Zaira .The atmosphere was vibrant and friendly, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. I would highly recommend this hostel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

I stayed at some hostels in the past - good and bad ones. This was either one of the best or the best hostel I ever stayed. Everything was very clean, and the staff was very friendly.

Nothing to not like!
The check in was nice and easy! I arrived in the rain and hungry at about 8pm and was asked if I had eaten as there was free pasta at 8.30! Which was music to my ears!! The pasta was delicious too🤤! Bedding, toilets and the hostel over all was so clean and fresh and felt brand new! A very comfortable stay! Thanks !

The staff were all really friendly and welcoming. I also felt very safe in the hostel, which is important as a female traveller. The free breakfast in the morning was great and exactly what we needed and the view from the balcony in the social area was so nice. The location was great, especially on the day we went to Capri because you are only an 11-minute walk away. There were also a few social events which we didn’t attend because we had a lot planned but I’m sure they would have been great. The check-out time being at 11 was nice too.

The guest’s kitchen was very limited in utensils, however it was functional and we managed to prepare the food we wanted. Just a good thing no-one else wanted it at the same time as it’s only big enough for one or two people.
Spotlessly clean, a sanctuary in a crazy city! Free pasta night was an unexpected bonus, and my children found plenty to enjoy in the inclusive breakfast and social spaces.

The beds were very uncomfortable however and I woke with a bit of a bad back.
The breakfast was brilliant and the view from my view was really nice.

Some of the most welcoming people I have had The pleasure of staying with. I have been requested to stay at many places before and do a write up. This one along with the diverse surrounding community. Is a must try if you are traveling alone or in a group. Located in the heart of Naples and ran with just as big of a heart. Easy access to the metro. And all local attractions. From the narrow busy streets and alleyways. To the seashore and castles. Naples it's self is beautiful mess yet still oddly welcoming. But thease people are well put together and organized in the middle of it all. Start with tge biggest smile upon arrival till you wake up to a plentiful breakfast. All included is the price. You will not find anything that will cimpar3 when it comes to a hostile. Thank you again for having me. . Signed A traveler

Can't use the kitchen after they turn od the lights. Can't turn on the lights in commons areas by yourself. Maybe put a trimer lights if you are afraid to be on when nobody is there? In general, kitchen Ares too small for this big hostel. 2 People there and od already super crowded.
Liked staff, breakfast beyond any expectations, beds are comfy, precautious about cleanness od beds.

The best hostel I've been! The bar, the free Italian classes, the pasta and breakfast are just gold. Not to mention all the best memories we made in it. Would definitely go back if I'm on Naples. Very clean too.

It was a bit noisy. I stayed in the 2nd floor but the (singing) karaoke on the 4th floor kept on going really loud into past midnight.
