12 doorms room was way to small. bathrooms should be cleaned twice a day. privacy curtains missing.

Everything was absolutely amazing : the location in the center of Naples, the cleanliness, the amability and help of the staff. Breakfast was delicious and everything was wonderful. They even have a balcony facing the Vesuvio to enjoy the sight of the city. Thank you !!

It was karaoke night when I came, and you couldn't open the windows in the stuffy/warm room of 12 without smelling cigarettes and hearing loud music until around 1am.

Nice hostel, great value for money. Breakfast options were cereal with milk/milk alternatives, a juice bar, and fresh croissants and other small pastries. There was also a bread basket with some meat and cheese, and some fruit, so pretty nice. Bed and pillow were incredibly comfortable and they provided earplugs for free. Wifi reached the room well.

I booked 2 nights for 55 € + 5€ VAT total of 55€ and got confirmation by email. But next morning I got confirmation of 60€ to pay. I wrote booking.com help service, and they didn't respond. Next time I will book directly through the hostel official website

The location is great, the staff are friendly and nice, the activities in the lounge are fun, it's very easy to meet new people, I was traveling solo to Naples and ended up meeting tons of new people at the hostel. My Solo trip wasn't solo after all. The hostel is also clean, new looking and tidy. I really enjoyed my stay here.

A hostel where I wanted to spend more time than in Naples. My experience here is invaluable: I met a lot of cool people, had a good rest and wanted to come back again. The good news was from the beginning - service at the reception 24/7, so when my flight was delayed, I did not worry at all. I was met by the receptionist Andrew, who kindly explained all the rules of accommodation, they are simple and very human. He was ready for my arrival, he already knew my name and where I came from, which is very nice. In addition to a delicious breakfast, several times a week the hostel cook makes dinner for us (mostly it was pizza and pasta, in all Italian glory), absolutely free! Nice people lived there, so I made many new friends from all over the world. We played board games, sang songs, played musical instruments, had breakfast together and even walked. We also had access to an inexpensive high-quality bar, which is good news. The bar is open until 00:00, but the responsible staff received me even after these hours, with a smile on their face. The room had multiple washrooms and showers so there was no problem with waiting/queues. Near each bed there is a small lamp, all the necessary sockets, so it was difficult to interfere with someone else. I left early in the morning, before breakfast, but the hostel staff still offered me a meal, which they had at four in the morning. Separately, in my heart I remember the porter Alberto, the best worker of this hostel. One day I was upset that I didn't get to the local synagogue, but Alberto himself volunteered to give me a tour and be my guide, showing me all the Jewish districts and streets. He did it after his work shift. Thank you, Alberto! Thanks to the hostel for the excellent work and comfortable atmosphere, I will definitely be back! Hugs, see you soon 🤗🔜

I stayed at Tric Trac Hostel during my trip to Napoli and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The hostel itself is clean, comfortable, and stylish, with a friendly and helpful staff. more then amazing! well organized clean , great reception. it is owned by a lovely family and you can see that . feels like home . the gave great advise from reception ( restaurants) organized a lovely new year party with the family . room is new . lovely balcony . rooftop restaurant in the sunn. breakfast was amazing nice . they also work with volunteers, they were also amazing friendly taking care of breakfast and activities . it is not a party hostel ! great plus . also have free activities like pasta night .,I will definitely come back .

Very nice modern hostel. Location really good close to everything and still quiet for good night of sleep. Beds incredibly comfortable. There are daily events like free dinners, karaoke ect. Amazing bar and terrace on the 4th floor with great views and nice spot to meet other travelers. Highly recommend.

The Tric Trac hostel is one of the most friendliest and laid back hostels I've been fortunate to stay at. The crew are warm and friendly who don't mind sharing a conversation with you or providing advice for things to do in Napoli. There are regular activities hosted in the social area which is a great way to meet new people as well as eat the delicious free breakfast or the occasional pasta or pizza. Everything was cleaned immaculately and I never had any issues during my stay. The bar serves a range of affordable alcoholic drinks and is a nice way to experiment with different Italian flavours. On good weather days you get nice views of Mount Vesuvius from the balcony Tric Trac is centrally located in the city so you're not too far away from most of the attractions or public transport. I would definitely return to this hostel if I come back to Napoli!

The shower-bathrooms have a ventilation issue where the condensation is trapped, leading to water mould. The water mould and the smell generated from it is present in all the shower-bathrooms in the hostel I experienced. The staff is aware and said they might find a way to fix it during their annual renovations.

Exceptional staff that's personable and friendly. Great location, breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable with ample space in the room.
