The only thing I can say here is that we struggled to find the hotel from the outside as it's a fairly plain door without a sign - but look for the Triviho flag above the building!

We had a great stay at the Triviho hotel! When we arrived the lady on reception was very friendly and said our room had been upgraded last minute for free which was amazing. The room was a good size, quiet at night and the beds were super comfy. The breakfast was good (the usual continental with pastries, some fruit, yoghurt, cheese, ham, eggs and hot drinks etc.) and the service from the staff was brilliant. The location is very good - a short walk down the hill towards the Trevi fountain and plenty of restaurants. There are also great bus connections close by to the rest of the city. Overall I would definitely recommend!

Shower was strange, pressure and heat good, but due to way shower constructed was impossible to take shower without soaking bathroom floor. Rooms were very comfortable but if close to reception you can hear people checking in. Breakfast was not great, warm food had been sitting for some time and was cold, we skipped on final 2 days.

Central location close to metro station and many of the main attractions, very clean room, exceptionally comfortable beds and friendly staff.

- We got free upgrade from Deluxe Double room to Superior suite, so there isn't much to complain regarding room/service - Pastry for breakfast could have been better. We had much better pastry at cheaper hotels during our stay in Italy

- We got free upgrade from Deluxe Double room to Superior suite without even asking. Not sure why it happened, we just silently enjoyed it - Room was huge, with great shower/bath. The is smart control for all lights/blinders/air conditioning near the bed, which was very convenient - Breakfast was good and relaxed, breakfast room wasn't too crowded - Reception was very attentive, helped with late check in, luggage storage on check-out, suggested places to visit and eat - Location is very convenient: 15min from train station, good places to eat nearby, no tourists/noize around the hotel but all tourist destinations are within walkable distance

There was ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to dislike about this property.

The location was perfect, quite and so clean and very accommodating. We look forward to referring friends and family. For future trips to Rome we will stay here. Oana was extremely delightful and helpful in everything we asked about.

The luxury feel to the hotel. Very modern, clean and comfortable. There was a lovely fragrance to the hotel throughout, from first entry. All staff were incredible- especially Oana on reception when we arrived. Nothing was too much trouble inc. booking transfers to/from the airport for us. The breakfast was great and the staff very attentive to our needs. Our rooms were immaculately made-up each day.

The hotel was a bit hard to find — there was construction near the entrance and we had to ask passerby's where the hotel was.

The hotel breakfast had a nice variety of options, and the staff was friendly. The room itself was nicely decorated / designed.

- When you turn off the lights at night, almost all the plugs are turned off making it difficult to charge you phone overnight. - We were put in a smaller room because the window in our original room was being renovated, yet they didn't adapt the price of the room. - There is a very nice and stylish glass door for the bathroom, yet it isn't designed to seal off the sounds coming from the bathroom. Luckily, we brought headphones
