The staff was really nice and they let us leave our backpacks earlier than our check in. They also were really helpful giving us directions. We were surprised by the good quality of the place, because it was a really good price.

It had everything you need: clean bathroom, big and comfy bed and a clean kitchen with a fridge and freezer. Highly recommended if you’re on a road trip. There’s also free parking spaces close by.

Unfortunately the mattress in the room was very soft and collapsed, we spent 3 nights and every morning from the first one I woke up with backpain. The water pressure in the shower was also problematic. It was already very low, but in addition every time someone opened the water in the kitchen next to us the pressure became even lower and the water came out boiling. It's too bad that a problem like this still exists in 2024. Other than that the stay was excellent and it was still good value for the price.

The location was really nice, close to the metro and with free parking zones not far away. The staff did a great job putting up information about everything and making everything as seamless and automatic as possible, including sending a link to open the building and room through an app. The staff were welcoming and responsive through wahtsapp and messages on booking.com and that was great. The room was clean, pretty big and very nice. The room and patio corresponded exactly to the pictures on the website.

I had to take a cold shower after a long and rather chilly day. Not sure if there is indeed no hot shower, or the heater simply didn't work when I was there..

Convenient location, close to a metro station and not very far from the city centre. The staff is friendly and helpful, offering me to check-in earlier if the room was ready before 3pm so I could store my luggage. Overall squeaky clean facility, even the shared areas such as the bathroom and kitchen (I particularly love the balcony)!

The only thing I'd say is that the rooms were a bit cold. It was a very cold night and the blanket provided was not enough. The heating was on but didn't warm up the room enough.

The staff was super friendly and sweet. The room and the bathroom were very clean and spacious. I'd definitely stay again.

When we got there we got a dorm room for 4 people instead of the private double room that we had paid for. We told the staff about it and they were really nice and solved the problem quickly by giving us a much better room than we booked.

The room had no real window, just a small one above the door. And the air conditioner was being prepared for the summer. Anyway, we appreciated this kind place.
