I would recommend owner to put hostel name on the main gate. We couldn't find it and there was no one at reception. Or just send email with instructions before check-in.

We had nice comfortable room with big balcony,nothing to complain.Location also good. I can recommend this place for friendly price.

The bathroom stinks so bad it is not possible to even enter it. The radiator is always on without an option to regulate it. There is mold on the walls and there were dirty socks under the bed.

The address is different than the one provided in the booking. There is only a reception at the address, you have to walk about a kilometer with the person from the reception. There is no elevator in the building and the walls are thin. The bathroom was in quite poor condition.

Everything was a trouble. Cleanness was the lowest priority for the property manager. There were insects like ants. The heating radiator didn't work at first, and the room was cold. There were no minimum facilities like a simple glass in the room. The toilet and bath were cold freezing, and it was not possible to close the toilet's windows. The walls were so thin that you could hear the neighbours clearly!!! There was no regular cleaning service and after 4 days our room was quiet dirty. The elevator was unsafe and too old. There were no persons as the receptionist. Tell a long story short, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY

The toilets were very small (that was to be expected). One of the 2 nights we stayed there the door to get into the property was very hard to open. We had to push and pull very hard to get the bolt to line up so that it could open.

Great location, there was an elevator and we got a big room with lots of space. They also had our room ready early so we were able to check in early! Other reviews said it was hard to find but I disagree! You just have to look for the correct building number and then look on the call directory to find the name of the hostel. I also think that the bathroom was clean and we were provided towels! I was here in off-season so maybe that’s why it was cleaner than what others experienced in peak season. I saw the workers cleaning and moping so I was never concerned that it’s dirty.

Host wasn’t very responsive through WhatsApp and bottom door was a bit difficult to open with the provided key, for this reason 9/10.

We stayed in a seperate building than the one advertised. It was a great location close to Termini station. The bathroom and bedroom were very clean. Aircon worked. Fridge and microwave provided. Beds were reasonably comfy. Checked in easily. Overall great place and good value for money, unsure why so many negative reviews.

The cleanliness was a disaster, the mattress had bedbugs, the water in the shower was freezing. Moreover, the bedroom was not at the same address as on the website.

The shower tap was broken, so the water would go from very hot to very cold and vice versa in the middle of the shower; the room was hot even with the fan they provided; and as they only have 1 toilet, I recommend you waking up a bit earlier if you have an appointment, because if someone is using it, you’ll be late.

The location was GREAT, located near the train/bus stations from/to the airport and you can go everywhere in the city within minutes, especially if you rent a electric scooter. The private room was spacious and bright, the building has a lift and there’s a lot of restaurants/stores/laundry etc around the hostel.

Do Not stay at the accommodation. When we arrived he walked us about 1km away from the address to another accommodation, where it was about 8 stories and we were the only people staying in the whole place. It is unsafe and looks like an abandoned basement. Doors were locked shut with chains and bricks, there was holes in the walls. The owner came bashing on our door at 1am asking for tax money, when we told him we would sort it out in the morning he began to help himself into our room with his keys. Myself and my 3 friends have never been so scared. Do not stay here!

If I am being very particular the water pressure when the shower is hot is minimal so you have to pick between heat and water pressure. There was also no soap in the dispenser when we were there - good thing we had Our own. However these weren’t huge issues on our end and we still enjoyed our stay

The room was private and the building was really cool, good location and amenities. The host was great and very accommodating. The view from the window is beautiful and I would definitely recommend this property

The door to the balcony couldn't get closed properly, so there was a noise from birds in the morning. There were several empty bottles and unnecessary tools on the balcony.

The location is very good, only 10 minutes by walk from Termini train station. There wasn't additional charge for the late check-in at 23:10. The room had a big balcony with a pleasant view.
