Very friendly and helpful service from Tariq! Wonderful location and a nice view onto the canal from the kitchen. This is a simple no frills place which is reflected in the price. Great value for money for visitors who are in Venice to soak up the atmosphere and see the sights rather than spending a lot of time in their accommodation. For us it worked very well. Thanks Tariq!

We did not have hot water to shower in the evening, after 8 pm. I don’t know if that was only a general issue or we had bad luck in that day.

The host was friendly, giving us advice where to eat, where to go to bars etc. The room was clean also.

It's loud. Walls are very thin. you can hear every person walking outside the building and talking. So if you are sensitive for noise outside, I wouldn't recommend. No iron

In overal nice apartment. Big double bed, comfortable. 2 bathrooms, kitchen where you can cook if you like. Pretty much nothing to moan about just from 2 slight things listed below Good location as well

The host was so lovely, he sat down with us and told us so much helpful information about the city before checking us in (good value restaurants, museums, bars). The room itself was great for me and my friend, small but had everything we needed for our stay!

Amazing location, excellent price for room with kitchen facilities... coop store was only 20 feet away... no need to drag food & drinks from the mainland. I did not even take the pricey 10 eur ACTV waterbus from Venice train station.. just walked it down. Only 20 mins to the house.

The room was everything we hoped for. It is in a nice old building with a great view of streets. Lots of space, great decorations all around. Host is very knowledgeable, he gave us great tips about location, history and where to eat.

The room was clean and had a great flair to it. The kitchen area was great to make a cup of coffee in the morning before going in adventures! However, the best part was the host! He made great suggestions for finding places to eat, to visit or even to enjoy a delicious Aperol in a nice bar. Definitely a big recommendation!

A little more attention to detail would be great. Nothing serious but small things can make a big difference. Eg, bedside adapter plugs for phones. Check appliances regularly, but nothing serious. Loved our stay there.

The location was awesome, we had a room with the alleyway view, which was great as there was very little noise. The quiet was amazing at night. The accommodation was what I imagined a typical venetian home would be like.

check-in was a little confusing. There weren't instructions on the booking on how to check-in/get into the accommodation. we had to wait a little bit before realizing we should call the host and he buzzed us in.

very central location and close to Rialto bridge and other attractions. The room was clean and the host was very thorough with telling us about house rules and about Venice and reccommations. Everything was clean and had what we needed.

The service was very warm and gave us lots of travel advice, but it was too hot to stay on the main island of Venice and we woke up in the middle of the night without air conditioning in this room

Justin was the nicest and most organized person in the facility. He helped us a lot, answered every question we asked. The right person in the right place. I really recommend this place because of the location. As for the room, it could do with a refresh, because the walls are not very clean. The small mats on the floor also did not give the impression of being clean. The mattress was too big in relation to the bed frame. The fan and air conditioning in the room, but unfortunately they did not provide a pleasant coolness. Apart from that, everything was a plus. We were also recommended restaurants, for which we thank you. Contact was very good by WhatsApp. The trip was unforgettable.
