Entrance is a bit shady, but it’s an old city, so it’s expected.

It was located near major sightseeings, it has a grocery shop nearby that comes in handy, the staff is really polite and helpful, and the price is excellent if you are not staying for so long.

It was impossible to coordinate without a mobile there and then. There should be a buzzer for the hotel at the bottom and the house number should be given.

Nice spacious room felt probably more authentic experience than most hotels as it's effectively a flat. Good for the Rialto Bridge.

Everything was very good. The host was really so helpful and very kind man. He explained everything abput the city the routes and gave recommendations about the sightseekng in venice. Gave us a larger room so we could fit our luggage, and gave a detailed explanation of the surroundings of Venice. It was super great, everything was clean and taken care of. It was in great location and we really enjoyed our stay.

The towels we received were dirty. The water pressure of the shower was non-existent. The walls were paper thin and the doors made incredible noise because of the wooden frames. Our door didn't properly close unless we locked it. The bed was itchy and uncomfortable.

Host was nice and gave some info about Venice. Location was good.

The host was practical and very informational when we met him, but extremely rude in the lead up to meeting. We told him when our train was supposed to arrive and what time we think (given google maps instructions) we might be at the place. He is local, he knows better what time we need. Also, we had received automated instructions to take a waterbus from the trainstation which we did, which made him angry though because it takes a bit longer than walking. Which we could not do well because we were a little sick, had a lot of luggage, and I am pregnant and thus slow. Our train was delayed and overall, we then were 1 hour later than we had initially told him we might be there. We kept him updated throughout the journey but he sent nasty voice messages insulting me to waste his time and stressed us a lot about it. The bathrooms are fulfilling their job but are not to spend a second longer than absolutely necessary in them.

The place is in the middle of everything very close to the Rialto Bridge. So in terms of location and walking everywhere, that was perfect. The room was reasonably clean and the shared facilities cleaned every day. The apartment itself has a nice, even if a bit shabby vibe to it and the kitchen invites to take a coffee and look outside.

Shared bathroom wasn’t very clean. All of the bed linens felt wet which made it a very uncomfortable sleep. There was a dehumidifier in the room but we were told it was not necessary to use it.

Not bad location in Venice but quite difficult to find, and staff was rude when asking for assistance finding the place.

May be my mistake that I didn’t check properly is a shared bathroom, the receptionist told us we can’t even leave a hair in the bathroom. And must pick it up if any hair falling. My first experience encountered this condition.

I had to pay 25€ additional for late check in, which I didn’t have an issue to pay. However, the manager refused to generate a receipt for this money (and also for the city taxes). I never got any receipt from this, it’s really bad what they are doing. Is it tax related? I don’t know. But without a receipt I can’t get refunded from my company. Also the tiles of the floor were very loose and they were cover by some carpets but you can feel in the ground (from the hall and the bedroom)

All was good, they even have sharing spaces for us to relax a bit and also prepare some food.

The location was perfect, very close to main areas and also having markets around made it very simple for us.
