Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Just a bit more variety at breakfast perhaps.
Breakfast was good. More hot food would be welcome. Outdoor pool area is very relaxing and infinity pool area was lovely. Rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. Staff were very accommodating and did their best to enhance the stay.

Buses only run untill 9:30 pm
Breackfsst. Access to the beach, blue bat. Poor transportation after 9:30 pm.

If visiting or working in Pisa, and if you have a car, this is far better value for money, than the limited & expensive Pisa hotels. Not far, too, as a base for Lucca and a lot more Tuscany! But with good pool & beach!

Very early check-out and very late check-in - out at 10:00, in at 16:00 And even if we checked out at 10:00 there was no room for our luggage in their luggage space :( Very expencive to rent sun beds at their beach - €70 for front-row (2 persons) I felt like I was in an old tourist hotel, when it was mandatory to wear blue plastic wristbands all the time in the hotel area..
Fine hotel with a perfect location almost on the beach. Nice restaurant at the rooftop, with a very nice and serviceminded staff. Ok, but small, room - love to have the balcony with a view to the ocean behind the trees Perfect to have a safe parking for our car.

The playground for kids were closed.
Lovely beach close by and kids pool sectioned off from the deep end. Rooms were clean.

Food at the restaurant on the top floor can be better. From 4* hotel we can expect a bit more. Still, the view, vine and service was nice and professional.
Super professional Personel. Reception, restaurants, and bars - all worked well. Very nice and helpful People. Hotel location, car parking, and beach - all the way it should be. ery god breakfast.

The beach is fine, but not included in the hotel which is a pity. Although we even liked the pool on the terrace better, so we did not use the beach. Just take in count that if you want to use the beach beds, you have to pay for each day.
Great hotel, and very friendly staff. Gave us some free extras during our stay.

I would like to mention that I found the selection of food items to be somewhat limited. While the quality of the available options was satisfactory, I believe there could be more variety to cater to different preferences and dietary needs. It would be beneficial to offer a broader choice of dishes, including more options for those with dietary restrictions or specific preferences.
Overall, I found the quality of the breakfast to be good. The food was well-prepared and tasted delicious. I particularly enjoyed the fresh ingredients and the attention to detail in the presentation.

View from balcony was a kids playground. Restaurant was overpriced and not veggie friendly at all! They made a bland pasta when asked for amendments. Breakfast - bland but varied cold foods
Amazing venue - really modern and airy. Great facilities with the two pools and the beach was lovely and close. Food at the beach bar was better than the restaurant. Service at reception was lovely (but not so much at the bar)

nothing to do in hotel … and nowhere to go locally when there’s thunderstorms as happened on a couple of days of my stay couldn’t tune my ( room 223) into any tv broadcasts local or international (English)

The roof to swimming pool and the staff were very friendly. We got free drinks for the check in and free drinks and a gift for the check out. We had ou room updated and the clearness was very very good!!! Coming back definitely

The only bit is walls are too thin and you can hear your neighbours very well.
Nice, clean, lovely and modern hotel with beautiful view on the sea. Great and friendly staff, close location to the airport.
