Paola is the BOMB. The best host and the absolute sweetest person. The property is close to the airport, includes a comfy bed, towels, hair dryer, mini fridge, all that you could need. A bonus is the beach is literally just a flat walk to the end of the street. I 10/10 recommend this place.

Our room and the house surrounding were lovely: everything is so comfortable and well thought through . We stayed only for a night but were truly sorry we didnt spend more time at this lovely place. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Our room had lots of amenities, was spacious and very very comfortable. We would love to come back, thank you for your hospitality!

I've really appreciate the staff, super friendly! It's a perfect accommodation if you have an early flight in Fiumicino Airport. They offer a free shuttle service (otherwise taxi could be really expensive!)

We stayed at un passo dal mare the night before our flight from FCO, and Paola made everything seamless—picking us up at FCO after our rental car drop-off and taking us back to the airport the next morning for our flight out. She was delightful and welcoming. Our room was spotless and had a comfortable bed, a nice bathroom, and a charming courtyard. While not a luxury hotel, it’s a clean, safe, and convenient stay near FCO -- and, considering transportation, a very good value for the price. Bonus: It’s just blocks from the beach, so we enjoyed a beautiful Tyrrhenian Sea sunset on our last night in Italy. Highly recommend!

This was a great little hideaway near the airport and the beach. Very private but open court yard allows one to appreciate nature and enjoy the outdoors in a secure manner. Clean. Comfortable beds. Modern bathroom. One level. No stairs or elevators. The hostess was very helpful, communicated effectively, and was a really delightful person. The pick up and drop off service to the airport was fantastic. We got a complete rest at the end of our trip before taking a 17 hour trek home. This would be a great place to get over jet lag at the beginning of a trip as well.

Greatly enjoyed our stay! The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The location has a beautiful garden and was a short walk to the beach. Paola and her sister were very nice and helped with our bags plus knew exactly where to drop us off at the airport. Highly recommended.

This was 5-10 minutes from the airport and a short walk to the beach. Paola and Elvira were very friendly and accommodating. Paola was extremely helpful in describing what was available in the area and in helping us with our very early morning flight details. She also got up in the morning to make sure our taxi was there for us at 3:30 am and to make sure he took us exactly where we needed to be at the airport. Location was very quaint and comfortable!

This place is amazing 😻. Poala rooms have nothing to envy to big hotels. The localization is perfect for transit because not far away from the airport and cherry on top of the cake, Paola can organize free shuttle for guests at indicated hours. The place is clean, smell good and really adapted to modernity. Paola is very sympathetic and welcoming, she makes us wanna stay longer. I recommend with my eyes closed !

This booking more than fulfilled our needs on our last day in Italy. We flew in from Sicily and needed a place to stay close to the airport so we could fly home early the next morning. Paula met us at the departure door at 9pm, drove us to the apartment in Fiumicino, got us situated, and referred us to a late-night restaurant with a pasta recommendation. We had a very nice meal and went straight to bed--very comfortable. At 4am Paula again met us (after driving in from her home in Rome) and dropped us at our terminal with plenty of time for our early flight. She was extremely hospitable and accommodating. The house and room are not very special, but they are immaculate and comfortable--more than adequate for our transit needs, which is exactly what anybody needs from an airport accommodation.

Really there is nothing to complain about

This property is located in a very secure and convenient location to both the airport and the sea. The owner was super nice and very accommodating and helpful during my short stay. She picked me up from the bus station at the airport when I arrived from Pescara, and then took me to the airport early in the morning. All I can say is she is awesome! The room was clean, comfortable, and everything appeared to be new.
