We stayed here 2nd September for one night before our cruise Paola picked us up from the airport as promised Sisters Elvera and Paola own and run this beautiful place and proudly take care of their visitors the accommodation is spotlessly clean Breakfast prepared by Elvera the next morning was plentiful and we were treated to a pastry her mum used to make them when children We would highly recommend staying here

The water temperature in the shower was a bit hard to control - it went from hot to cold with the slightest movement of the dial.

The bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom was completely modern and clean. The best part was the friendly staff, who were so accomodating about breakfast. They also provided us with a beach bag with towels to take with us to the beach. It was great to have free shuttle service to and from the airport - plus they were on time picking us up and dropping us off.

Everything was great.

would definitely stay here again. The inn was located only 3-4 blocks from the beach and the room was very clean and perfect for an overnight stay before heading to the airport the next morning. We really enjoyed the restaurant recommended by Paola and we spent a wonderful evening on the beach before topping off our night with a drink a local bar and restaurant.

This place is a gem! The rooms were super clean & very nicely decorated. Everything was done so tastefully. Bed & linens were all very comfortable. We slept like babies. Bathroom was so clean & the shower was wonderful. They even thought to post an emergency plan on the door. Safe, convenient & beautiful location. And to top it all off - friendly hostess & a shuttle to the airport. Perfect stay!

Very accommodating and willing to go above and beyond (even though I was only staying one night). Paola was able to pick me up from the airport on very short notice and made a really difficult day for me much easier. Elvira greeted me warmly and explained everything. The room was spotless and I felt safe. I will book with them again. Thanks for your help!

We stayed at un passo dal mare for one overnighter. It was perfect all around. Great clean and comfortable place. Great hosts who gave us a great dinner suggestion, and even picked up and dropped us off to the airport for free. Grazie mille!

Can’t think of anything we didn’t like.

Paola, the owner is absolutely adorable and went above and beyond any expectations. Our room was perfect! Clean, a comfortable bed and everything seemed to be new. Paola picked us up at the airport and her sister drove us back the following morning. We left too early in the morning to enjoy her breakfast but she made us a perfect coffee and provided some biscottis before we left…enjoying it on her outdoor patio. She has some pet kitties that hang out and will take some loving if you are a cat lover. The little black and white one was their father’s cat and is 24 years old. 🥰 We were able to easily walk to the beach and watch the sunset between rain storms that were moving in. If we make it back to Rome, we will stay there again!!! We were made to feel like family while we were there.

Everything was wonderful!

Paola's little apartments are fabulous! Just a couple blocks to the beach and restaurants, with a grocery store just across the street. Paola picked us up at the airport, let us check out late and made me the best cappuccino I had in Italy! So friendly, would 100% recommend.

There really is no view, and that was a bit disappointing, but we also were not there long and, again, the convenience, friendly staff, and comfortable room far outweighed that.

We chose this place because of the proximity to the airport...AND the huge plus of having a shuttle to the hotel and back to the airport the next morning. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the "shuttle" was actually one of the hosts of the hotel. This is really more like a B&B. Our room was a separate guest room, and I assume that is the same for others...not sure. Our breakfast was brought to us to enjoy on the covered patio the next morning. This was just what we needed--great access to the airport and a VERY helpful hospitable hosts!

The people were sooo helpful and kind. The bed was great! Grocery store 2 blocks away. The beachfront and restaurants about 3 blocks away. Free shuttle to the airport and are shown how to negotiate getting to your check in. Huge!

After traveling Italy and staying in much accommodation, this little gem was by far the best. The host made it for me, she was caring as I was traveling alone, made sure I knew where and not where to go. The only host that made me aware that a person over 70 doesn’t pay room the extra taxes. She made my last night of my trip memorable. Cannot rate her high enough. The room had everything I needed verses some of the accommodations I stayed in were lacking. If anyone stays here after my review tell her Miss Norah says Buongiorno.

Everything! I could mention all the usual stuff but what makes this such a wonderful experience is the genuine efforts of the two sisters who go up and above to assure you feel as if you have a second home.

It was great to stay at Paola and Elvira’s B&B. Two friendly owners who make your stay as pleasant as it can be. From the pick-up from the airport till drop-off service. The rooms are very clean, good shower, bed slept good. Got a free nice bottle of water. As I arrived late I asked for recommendation to have diner. Happy I followed the advise and went to BBQ next to to beach. Food was amazing.

It was TERRIFIC!

Paola the owner was so kind and helpful. We became friends quickly. The courtyard was welcoming. The 5 minute walk to the beach was a marvelous bonus. Swimming in the sea and walking along the shore and seeing the sunset are unforgettable experiences. A nearby supermarket was a bonus. I would love to return and stay for a week of relaxing/enjoyment. The price was very affordable. The pickup and drop off to the airport was perfect and saved a lot of money.

Paola and her sister are delightful hosts who could not do enough. We were picked up at the airport on time and wisked away to the property, checked in and able to have a little nap after a 14hour flight to get there. Paola has good suggestions for dinner..Lovely grounds with friendly cats... All part of the ambience. Also , the place is spotless! We would definitely stay here again!
