We booked a room on booking.com that showed photos of windows opening across a nice view of trees and historic buildings, however when we arrived we were given a small room up in the roof with rooflight windows and no view. I gave the feedback that the Double Room photos on Booking.com do not reflect the room we were actually given and stated at reception that this was misleading and that the photos should be changed to a true representation of the room you will actually be given.

Our room was changed on arrival when we were given a room that did not look like the room photos on booking.com. We were upgraded to a Superior room which was very lovely and made up for the fact that we weren't given the room advertised.

Room 105 needs better cleaning

Locatieontwikkelaar is good Room we had to change twice as the airconditioning was not working in one (room 222 )and the refrigerator in the other room ( room 105 )was defect and the room was not clean Then we got a very good room ( room 205 )upgrading but no extra charges ) The personeel was very Nice helpfull The restaurant was very good

staff weren't overly friendly. the breakfast was 20 euros a person, which seemed very high to us so we went out and got coffee, orange juice and croissants - 15 euros for 2 people! it was very noisy.

It’s really confusing what is required to get to in here with a car - you have to verify that your car can enter this area and pay extra to drive in area C. that’s not the hotel fault though but I would expect these details to be very clear details before booking

Excellent location; within walking distance to all major attractions, restaurants, shopping, Metro, etc. Breakfast was wonderful; large selection of both Italian, and American items. Rooms are clean, safe, with comfortable bedding. Would definitely recommend staying at this wonderful hotel!

This was our 2nd visit to Milan, and again, stayed at this wonderful hotel! Great location, friendly staff, and close, walk-able to all the major attractions; numerous restaurants, & shops. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and safe. Breakfast is wonderful, with a great variety of food, both Italian & American. Just around the corner, is their Metro, buses, trolley, and trams. Would definitely stay again, and would highly recommend.

when we came they didn’t found our reservation even the fact that we show them confirmation papers. we asked to sit and wait until they check the problem - afraid that the hotel will not accept our reservation and we should search other hotel at Friday afternoon in Milano- not easy.
