We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

the room service menu is limited from 3 to 7:30 and the elevator smells like cigar smoke.

1) The tea bags in the room needs to be replenished on a daily basis as we found ourselves with no earl grey/english breakfast tea bags by the last day of our visit
1) The location of the hotel was just perfect for us as it was walking distance to all the main attractions we wished to visit - Duomo Cathedral, Sforzesco Castle, Santa Maria delle Grazie, Teatro alla Scala and Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II. Besides, for our Lake Como tour the starting point was just opposite the hotel. It also had an abundance of restaurants and cafes which offered plenty of choices of meals. 2) The Junior Suite where we stayed was very comfortable in terms of facilities in the room, comfortable beds and pillows, clean bathrooms with good toiletries and mini bar options 3) The breakfast was very good with plenty of choices available

We hope there's a kettle for guests to brew a tea
The room interior is aesthetic and rather big! The location is great too, around 10 minutes slow walk to the Duomo area. We love how close the location is to Via Brera. Also the toilet amenities are amazing, especially the body wash! Smells amazing

It’s unacceptable for a four-star hotel of this price to NOT have air conditioning. Sure, there is one, but it doesn’t match the temperature you set because it’s centrally controlled. What it means: AC was set to 23.8°C ALL THE TIME. It was literally colder outside. Called front desk and all I heard was “sorry”. No good.
Bed quality is superb. Firm mattress just the way I like it, and especially good (read healthy) for the spine and hips after a long day walking.

Room lighting was not good and the hair dryer didn’t work.
Location was perfect for a first visit to Milan. Room was very clean, beds were comfortable. Staff were excellent.

Fantastic location. Beautiful room which was nice and quiet despite the hotel being very central. Great breakfast. Most of all though, the hotel staff were very helpful, friendly and professional.

Bad was uncomfortable, and they née to change pillows
Nice, clean, professional staff, great breakfast, good location. The guy, who helped with luggage (unfortunately we don’t know his name) was so helpful, he help us with moving our car from garage, where was no room to move. Special thank to him.

Bathroom door do require fixing.
The hotel is located within walking distance from Duomo, La Scalla and Last Supper. Does have tight, suitable for a patient driver, underground parking. Large, comfortable rooms. Very helpful staff.
