Very well located and easy access to public transportations. All hotel staff very nice and always available to provide guidance. Breakfast and dinner also good.

Paper cups in the room instead of proper cups . Housekeeping did not always stock up fully on tissues etc , so had to follow up .

When I had to come back and stay for more nights suddenly the nightly rate price went up for the same room. And they took away the free breakfast and made me pay for it.

hotel was good and in a good location The facilities were good. Staff were excellent except for one cranky little person on reception. If you can avoid him you will be ok Rude to me as well as the concierge which was part of his team ?

Location is not bad but not that perfect as it's described. Room was dark. Big minus for the paper cups. Lobby is small and bar looks very sad.

The mattress had some springs that tried to go in between my ribs and also it had very stiff edges sewed in. Despite being a good hotel the pricing is on the high side, probably going along with the general trend overall.

A nice place to stay, air conditioned rooms, friendly staff and good service, good location, nice bar to relax with a drink or some food, extra services as breakfast to the room and minibar also available.

The place is beautiful, but the design of the hotel is not comfortable. It needs to be modified, and the entrance also needs to be modified. In general, the place is considered poor for the amount we pay.

Small corridors

Very good value for money. Location is close to the center 15 mins walk. Metro station is 6 mins walk. Only issue with the location is the construction around the building.

Construction works of Metro Line 4 in front of the hotel. (On weekend not noisy, just dirty).

Shower could have been better. No height adjustment. Not so good for the more vertically challenged.

The location was really good, rooms spacious and comfortable, the staff were fantastic. They were happy to share their local knowledge, call taxis, print boarding passes - nothing was too much trouble.

there is only instance coffee (two packs when we arrived and they did not refill after we consumed one. cups are paper cups which we consider is not very sustainable and disappointed if you consider you are in Italy and paying 250+ Euros per night for this standard. The worst was there was always peoples smoking right in front of the entrance when we got in/out the hotel... felt very bad about it, the main revolving door at the entrance is too small.

1. We specifically looked for Hotel with Parking on site. Choose special filter. According to description- Hotel gas it’s own parking. However, it’s not true. Hotel located near city parking and you need to walk from parking back to hotel and at the time if departure, you need to cary your luggage to parking, or waist 15 minutes to go around block in traffic ? Due to construction) back to hotel. 2. Construction site right beside a hotel. You will be waked up at 6:00 am. Very noisy. 3. TV is at list 15 years old. 4 beer at the room bar 14 euro

There was a lot of construction going on around the building which was a bit of a distraction. The bed wasn't as comfortable as I expected it to be in a place like this.

Qayyum (one of the men who worked in the lobby) went above and beyond his duties in helping us during our stay there. We were unsure how to navigate the metro and subway system and he assisted us after he got off work, making sure we made it on the right route. We were truly amazed and blessed. I believe he should be voted employee of the month! The bath toiletries were lovely 🌹

The room is ok, I would have liked more space for hanging clothes. It was very clean but smell everyday like vinegar... and the window only open a little bit. Bathroom has no ventilation It would be nice to have an espresso machine instead of instant coffee, specialty in Italy...

Location is good, 15 minutes walking from the duomo. Staff was very helpfull and friendly, they received a package for me and made some restaurants reservations.
