Jennifer greeted us at check in and was so kind and offered lots of recommendations. Loud when other parties come in but quiet otherwise. Loved the location and espresso in the lobby. The neighborhood is very peaceful and feels very local.

We had a wonderful stay! Jennifer and her team went above and beyond, assisting with our luggage and ensuring our comfort throughout. Our room, Santa Croce, was a perfect fit—clean, spacious, and offering an amazing canal view. Staying here was one of the highlights of our trip to Italy, and we would definitely return if we visit Venice again in the future.

Everything was wonderful only thing was would be nice to have a table or chair in the balcony but other than that our stay was incredible!

I loved this property the room was clean and the service we received was incredible. Jennifer was so helpful and friendly attentive to any questions we had. We will definitely be recommending and booking again here! it is the perfect location away from the crowds with all the good restaurants and close to the water bus stop.

Location was gorgeous and very convenient for.the sights of Venice. Room was spacious, exuding old world charm a and was declared, "very fancy" by the 9nyear old. Clean and comfortable with that glorious canalsode view. Plenty of restaurants on this street or within easy walking distance. Water taxi stop just a few steps away if you need it, but we found we could walk everywhere. Shared fridge available, which was handy for restaurant leftovers!

As a light sleeper, I found being on the ground floor a bit noisy as you can hear everyone outside.

The lock is a bit old but considering I enjoyed a building with character I don’t find it annoy.

Best location in Venice. The hosts are the nicest and sweetest and made us feel so welcome. They are locals and recommended their favourite spots. The room is clean, spacious and has the best view of the canal. I will always come back to Venezia canal view if I stay in Venice again!

We didn’t like how it was far away from St Mark’s square and have to walk for 30 mins or ride the water bus.

My partner said he felt a dip in the bed & was rolling in to the middle of the bed but I was fine on my side & didn’t notice anything. I felt the bed was comfortable.

The location & view were perfect. We were a short walk from the train station which was ideal to walk with our luggage. The room was lovely, simple but elegant. We were away from the main hustle & bustle which we like, but with the same spectacular views & feel of Venice. We had a ferry at our door step to the vaporetto (ferry) to get to places easily if you wanted to (we only used this once to get to St Marks Square to start our day). We walked everywhere otherwise (apart from the gondola ride). Jennifer our host was so accommodating & friendly & was a real gem. The complimentary coffee in reception was appreciated.

Internet was spotty, sometimes very hard to connect at all

The place was wonderful, view is beautiful, it was very warm and clean, with all the amenities and espresso machine 😀 it's a little walk from the center, but it's not a problem if you're there for a few days. There are good restaurants and the bars around so you don't have to go far for cicchetti and wine!
