Everything was superb, from the warm welcome upon our arrival to the meticulous attention to detail throughout our stay. Federica and Margherita were truly fantastic hosts, always ensuring that we were comfortable and had everything I needed. Their kindness and professionalism did not go unnoticed and truly enhanced our overall experience. I must also commend you on the exquisite breakfast that was served each morning. A bit of a short walk for people with heavy luggage like us from the nearest bus stop (350m) But not the property’s fault.

A perfect combination of rustic yet modern. Nice clean spacious room with a good sit out space. Great breakfast spread with lovely options (even for vegetarians like us). Full of lovely fruit trees. Loved it.

We staying at this charming place for one night. Hosts were super friendly and welcoming. Room is clean and has everything you would possibly need. Breakfast at the cozy sunny terrace was great and made our day. Bus stop to Anacapri center is just 10 minutes away.

Towels weren’t great quality, and shower door was broken. Location was good, but it was expensive getting taxis everywhere. This was a user error, as you could walk to the square of Anacapri, but not really anywhere else. We ended up figuring out the busses by day 3, but would recommend looking into this sooner. Every taxi was $35-50 for a 10-20 min drive.

The hosts were amazing, loved having space to spread out with a full kitchen, living room and two toilets. Also included washing machine which was essential for our two week trip hopping around.

Both Margarita and Federica are super friendly and helpful. We were traveling with 4 little children, and they tried their best to provide child friendly service and information. The location is quiet yet very close to the Anacapri town center, 10 minutes walking distance or there is a bus stop right in front of the main gate. There are lots fruits trees and little vegetable garden. Our children had so much fun picking plums from the trees, and we also had the fresh lettuce from their garden. Breakfast is amazing, beautiful setting and various options.

The only downside was that their pool was not fu crooning when we were there, which we had been looking forward to. But we understand that things happen. That was really the only disappointment.

Nice place, cute breakfast area, walking distance to the center and a 10-ish minutes bus ride to the beach. Our hosts Frederica and her aunt were amazing with organizing some table reservations and providing informations about Capri.
