You can see your roommate showering through the big glass window. There was no way to cover it so I thought it was a little weird and awkward if you are sharing the room with a friend.

It was amazing. The room is clean and neat. The shower is great! The location is very good as well, we came by car and we parked at the station. The service was great!! We ordered Prosecco for my birthday and she delivered it with these extreem cute cupcakes. Would 100% recommend and definitely book again! The check-in and check-out time is great as well and if you have questions, you can ask and get a quick response.

I had three criteria for a hotel: location in the center, wifi and luggage storage because I knew that I wouldn't continue my trip until the late evening of the check-out day. The location was great. But the wifi was super weak. I had to use my mobile data almost all the time. And what was even worse: their "luggage storage" was an open corner in the common lobby without any supervision. The receptionist was nice but he left home 2 pm. He said my luggage will be ok there in the corner (that everyone could access). I couldn't take the risk, so I had only two options: find another luggage storage for the day or sit with my luggage in the lobby all afternoon and evening. This is not what I payed for and I won't recommend this hotel to anyone even though the location was good and the room was clean.

Hotel advertised that the rooms had AC but they do not. When we asked why our AC was not working (it was only blowing hot air on us) we were "advised" that only heating was available. The hotel made no effort to fix the problem even though the lack of AC is a direct contradiction to the listing. We booked this room with the expectation of having a working AC system and were unable to sleep due to the heat/ poor ventilation in the room. We were forced to open the windows which helped with the room temperature but the loud noise from the street disturbed us all night. We paid a premium in Rome for a comfortable room with AC and were very disappointed to have been deceived in this way.

I made reservation for a hotel and not a guest house with no front desk and information. So scary. I am so disappointed and didn't sleep all night. I tried to cancel when I learned it is not a hotel and owner refused. I am not sure who won this place.

It was very noisy and our shower head was held up by an additional cord and we only had hot water for our first night. We ended up having to take almost freezing cold showers thank god it was hot outside we had to turn on the bathroom sink to get somewhat of a warm shower. Also the water pressure was horrible in the shower.

The location was great! Good place if you want to shop and eat great food. Most of the tourist attractions are within walking distance.

The room and bed were totally fine but The room looked nothing like any of the pictures shown. It had an internal window only. The bed was actually a pull out couch Both these things are fine, it's just the photos are misleading

The room is very small and air conditioning was horrible. By 1:00 am we felt like we had used all the oxygen in the room. No circulation. There are literally two wall outlets. One in bedroom one in bathroom. Had to move the coffee make to the bedside table to make coffee. Very strange glass window in the shower into the bedroom. After 25 nights in Italy this was by far our least favourite
