Very close to Termini station, shops and restaurants around. Clean and nice flat.

Is a little far from Termini with luggage, Bus 71 doesnt stop at Termini, but fairly close.

Well maintained, looks recently renovated. Is well thought out for convenience of stay - room is fairly small but has a kitchen with everything you would need, coffee machine, washing machine, towel heater. Bus 71 stops immediately outside the door and runs to many of the popular parts of Rome. Close to many supermarkets, there's a tobacco shop right around the corner for buying metro tickets and passes.

The location of the flat was very good. Close to many amenities, restaurants and public transport. Easily accessible on foot from main station. The flat was clean and safe. No problems with communication with the host. Utilities in the flat present and working.

Fantastic modern and innovative apartment. It is clean, very comfortable with lots of natural light and interesting outlook. Loved it. Great area close to termini , restaurants and supermarket and several must see sites. Absolutely recommend

Flat is located very to close to all the important tourist attraction. Check in Details shared by the host are very clear. Neat and clean apartment with all the facilities for a family stay

The facilities are generally clean and well-organized. It is good for families to stay because it has kitchen utensils and a washing machine. The owner is friendly, it is close to Termini Station, and the bus stop is right in front, so transportation is convenient. I think it is a reliable partner for traveling in Rome.

Could do with some carpets next to the bed to wipe feet before getting into bed.

Lovely stay for 4 days. I would recommend it. Convenient location, amenities are great, and you'll have everything you need fo your visit. The use of space in the small kitchen was very clever.

Would be nice to have a toaster for bread etc. walking to the unit is not unreasonable but through a sketchy neighborhood.

No breakfast included, but has kitchen. Location of unit in reasonable neighborhood & food store close. Bus transportation right at the door. It is essentially a hotel room with small kitchen, well stocked as expected and bathroom.

Very clean, good location, ten minutes walk from Termini station. Spacious and with all the facilities you could possibly need. Simple check in and check out.

The living room pull out bed is a little uncomfortable. That's the only complaint. Everything else is great.

Great location. I arrive at 2300 from Roma Termini. This was so close, walking distance. Easy to check in. The host was very helpful. The apartment was clean and very spacious. Thank you. I'll definitely stay again.

Poor wifi connectivity. The bathroom and shower space do not have sufficient racks to keep soap/shampoo etc. We did not see a proper kitchen knife/chopping board in the kitchenette. The next door neighbor is an old man who almost never closes his door and smokes cigar, the smell of which enters the apartment, which is disturbing at times.

Great location. Walking distance from Roma Termini station. Although we never met her, I can still say that the host is extremely cordial and easily reachable in case of any need by phone/ WhatsApp. We stayed here for 6 nights and it felt like home. She provided us will all information and business trip related documentation on time.

The location was concerning as there were lots of homeless people sleeping on mattresses nearby. As I understand, that’s a problem of the entire Termini neighborhood.

The property is cute and nice. There was a kitchen with a coffee machine, which I really liked. Although we didn’t cook, the kitchen had all the equipment needed to prepare meals. I also liked the balcony, which had a nice table and chairs for sitting. Additionally, there was a restaurant on the first floor. The staff was really helpful and friendly; they answered all the questions I had. Had no problems with checking in or out.

You need to take two bus to get to the city center. Metro is far away.

All very minor suggestions as I really liked the place. The flat is large and could have usefully accomodated an additional occasional table and chair. Another electrical socket near the television would also have been useful.

The owner was very helpful. The location was perfect of me, as I was working at the nearby university, but is also convenient for the tourist centre. I was not expecting so many roman monuments literally outside the door. Lots of shops to buy food at within a short walk ( I recommend the Carrefour). Lots of restaurants also, including several within a 1 minute walk of the flat. The flat is large and roomy. The air conditioning worked well, which was essential as it was up to 38 degrees during my visit. Wi-Fi was good.
