United KingdomThe location was very convenient for travelling to Merano by train and being able to walk to town along the river promenade. The hotel is immaculate and the staff are very welcoming and provide excellent service. The breakfast was very good and used lots of local produce.

United KingdomWe have stayed at this hotel several times , the staff are friendly and welcoming and speak English. There is a bar but no restaurant breakfast is good and ample. Parking (payable) is available on site it is limited so it is best to book a place in advance. The hotel is a short walk along the riverbank from the town and numerous bars and restaurants.

The location was great, we loved having a relaxing pool with bar service, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the walk to the center of town was lovely along the river. The family who runs the hotel works hard to ensure everyone is happy.

The friendliness of the staff was amazing. We truly felt spoiled throughout the stay. Breakfast buffet was great with everything fresh and plentiful (even the best soft-boiled eggs we’re had for some time). During evenings the staff exeptionally opened the terrasse for us to enjoy a goodnight drink. We were advised on great hiking trips (Meraner Höhenweg), local flea markets, and the spa (Merano Therme) which was perfect for the teenagers. Upon leaving we could enjoy the late check-out and leave the car in the garage until leaving. Hotel was in short walking distance to great downtown restaurants.
