We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The staff were wonderful. After arriving over an hour early after coming in from torrential rain, we were quickly checked-in early with a free upgrade to a junior suite. The breakfast was also fantastic with plenty of options.

CanadaThe hotel is located in a business area where nothing nearby was open at 8 pm. Luckily a carrefour shop was open. The hotel restaurant was closed! No room service and no restaurants nearby! As I was leaving very early in the morning I asked for a breakfast box which was very poorly prepared. I saw other travellers with breakfast boxes from other hotels with fruits and yoghurt and fresh croissants, nothing of that was in mine. By the way the others also were 4 star hotels just like Windsor. No one was there to help me with my luggage! It was ok for one night, however dont think will choose it again if I travel back to Milano.
The hotel is clean and the room and bathroom quite spacious. The hotel is minutes away from Porto Garibaldi train station as I was travelling early in the morning. The staff were helpful in calling a taxi very early in the morning.

United KingdomThe restaurant was only open for breakfast, so we had to go out for dinner or a drink (the staff were happy to recommend and book restaurants for us). There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room.
We had a junior suite, which was a good size with loads of space and storage. The complimentary soft drinks in the room were a nice touch. Breakfast was good, with a wide choice of food. Hotel location is good, around 15-20mins walk from Central station and Duomo, and only a couple of minutes from the Metro. Reception staff were always happy toffee advice/recommendations.
